Here are the settings:

On your decoder's remote control press Menu button.
Go to Advanced Options. Press OK.
Select Dish Installations. Press OK.
Type PIN no: 9949.
On Network 2 use right arrow; change to DSTV IS20 or DSTV Pas7
Press OK.
Change the following settings:
Frequency: Press OK and type in: 11514. Press OK.
Symbol Rate: Press OK and type in: 28750. Press OK.
FEC: Right Arrow: Change to 1/2. Press OK.
Polarization: Right arrow: Change to Vertical.
Use NIT: Right arrow: Change to Yes.
Accept all display settings and leave screen: Press OK.

Now go to Network 3.
On Network 3: Right arrow: Change to DSTV IS20 or DSTV Pas7
Press OK
Change the following settings:
Frequency: Press OK and type in: 11674. Press OK.
Symbol Rate: Press OK and type in: 28800. Press OK.
FEC: Right Arrow: Change to 7/8. Press OK.
Polarization: Right arrow: Change to Vertical.
Use NIT: Right arrow: Change to Yes.
Accept all display settings and leave screen: Press OK.
Press Exit. The decoder will reboot automatically
After the scan has completed, press the [TV] button on your remote select
[Public IS7/10] and press [OK] Look for a channel named Alex TV.
To return to normal DSTV Bouquet (Multi-choice Channels) after viewing
Alex TV, simply press the [TV] button on your remote and select [DSTV]...
