PERSONAL DETAILS
Whilst at university I was chief engineer and founder member of the London
Metropolitan University Radio team and helped organize and manage fundraising
events to support the running of the station. I am a confident and dependable
person who is always interested in learning new skills and techniques, particularly
in new areas.
My university course also heavily required the use of computers and computer
software, using both Macintosh and Windows systems, as well as providing me
with knowledge of how computers both operate and function. I have a good
understanding and experience of word and excel programs as well as other office
packages for different operating systems, which I have used and continue to use on
a daily basis at home and at university. I am computer literate with both Macintosh
and Windows operating systems and have gained skills in coding and an
understanding of general computer system processes and protocols.
HOBBIES
I enjoy many sporting activities, captaining a local football team as well as being a
keen all round athlete and participating in single and multiple discipline events
year round. I enjoy participating in many sports and was appointed captain of the
cricket team while also a member of the hockey, football, basketball and badminton
teams while at school.
In my spare time I enjoy music and also design and edit sound for independent film
productions and provide sound engineering services at various music nights across
London.
Before attending university I took a gap year and was lucky enough to spend
several months travelling around South-East Asia. The trip proved to be a life
changing experience and was a great opportunity to meet many people from
various corners of the world, whilst also developing my independence and
increasing my self-confidence.
