3. The arrival and departure times mentioned on the ticket are only tentative timings .However the bus will not leave the
source before the time that is mentioned on the ticket.
4. Passengers are required to furnish the following at the time of boarding the bus: A copy of the ticket
(A print out of the ticket or the print out of the ticket e-mail). Identity proof (Driving license, Student ID card, Company ID card,
Passport, PAN card or Voter ID card).Failing to do so, the y may not be allowed to board the bus.
5. Change of bus: In case the type of bus is changed due to some reason, we will refund the differential amount
to the customer upon being intimated by the customers in24 hours of the journey.
6. Cancellation Policy: Greater than1 week before journey the cancellation charge is 15%.Greater than1 day and Less
than equal to 1 week before journe y the cancellation charge is 30% .Greater than4 hours and Less than equal to 1
day before journey the cancellation charge is 50%.Cancellation is not permitted 4 hours prior to journey time. Cancellation
will not be permitted if the passenger misses the bus for any reason. The transaction charges or the home delivery
charges, will not be refunded in the event of ticket cancellation
7. In case a booking confirmation e-mail and sms gets delayed or fails because of technical reasons or as a result of incorrect e-mail
ID / phone number provided by the user etc, a ticket will be considered booked' as long as the ticket shows up on
the confirmation page of www.komitla.com. If the user has not received any intimation of booking, but payment has been made, the
user must contact us to notify the same.
