GENERAL GUIDELINES
Purpose/Scope
These guidelines provide information for the centerline
equipment Pre-start Operational Review (PSOR)
Inspection of the LM2X gas turbine and associated
package interfaces and systems to identify and correct
any concern items that could affect a successful start up.

Attention to detail is critical so as to

prevent a trip or unit damage resulting
from improper installation. A Pre-Startup
Operational Review (PSOR) shall be
conducted to ensure correct installation has
been performed. If a problem is located,
then corrective action should be taken. All
portions of this checklist should be signed
off as being complete prior to operation of
the unit (Note any discrepancies and their
corrective actions in this work package).

This work package encompasses all requirements for

conducting a preliminary Pre-start Operational Review
(PSOR) Inspection of the LM2X gas turbine package
combustion air ducting, variable bleed valve ducting and
package enclosure.

Precautions
Visually and physically inspect the gas turbine and
package interfaces and systems to ensure the following:
Electrical installation complete and meets
requirements
Fuel system installation complete and meet
requirements
Enhanced sprint installed and meets requirements
Lube system installed and meets requirements
Control system installed and meets requirements
Submit concern data sheet to GE Site Manager and
GEIAD Product Line Manager.
Mark F&IDs for all systems to be initialed and
signed off as completed to include in this section.

Inspect gas fuel system.

Inspect liquid fuel system.

Inspect compressor discharge pressure air manifold purge system (applicable to

gas/steam and dual fuel/water fuel systems only).

Inspect turbine lube oil system.

6.

Inspect control system

7.

Inspect filter house

8.

Inspect area below inlet silencers.

9.

Submit Data Sheet To GE Site Manager and GE IAD Product Line Manager.
