RATE SCHEDULE-IND51
INDUSTRIAL SERVICE - Border Loads
OVER 1,000 KW

Metering
Discount:

When a member's service is delivered and metered at the Cooperative's available

primary distribution voltage, the sum of the Basic Charge, Demand Charge, Energy
Charge and Reactive Power Charge will be reduced by 1.5%.

Delivery
Discount:

When a member's service is delivered and metered at the Cooperative's available

primary distribution voltage, the Primary Voltage Delivery Discount shall apply.

When a new or existing member requests delivery of power that requires a Cooperative-owned
transformer(s) at a voltage other than a locally standard distribution voltage, the above charges for any month will
be increased by 15C per kW of demand billed in the month.
Cooperative retains the right to change its line voltage or classifications at any time, and after reasonable
advance notice to any member affected by such change, such member then has the option to take service at the
new line voltage or to accept service through transformers to be supplied by Cooperative subject to the voltage
adjustments above.
SPECIAL CONDITIONS:
Member shall not resell electric service received from Cooperative under provisions of this rate schedule
to any person, except by written permission of Cooperative and where member meters and bills any of his/her
tenants at the Cooperative's regular rate schedule for the type of service which such tenant may actually receive.
CONTINUE SERVICE:
This rate schedule is based on continuing service at each service location. Disconnect and reconnect
transactions shall not operate to relieve a member from the Minimum Charge.
TERM OF CONTRACT:
Cooperative may require the member to sign a written contract.
RULES AND REGULATIONS:
Service under this rate schedule is subject to Cooperative Board Policies and Procedures of which this rate
schedule is a part.
General Service applies to all classes of service furnished by the Cooperative not applicable to other
specific rate schedules or in rules and regulations pertaining thereto.
Deliveries at more than one point, or more than one voltage and phase classification, will be separately
metered and billed. Service for intermittent, partial requirements, or highly fluctuating loads, or where service is
seasonally disconnected during any one year period will be provided only by special contract for such service.
