WORKING EXPERIENCE:
Worked in Ezdan hotel & suits at Doha, Qatar as a House keeping supervisor
From July 2013 to Aug 2014 .
Worked in Jumeirah Etihad towers at Abu Dhabi as a House keeping Team
leader from feb 2012 to June 2013.
Worked in Holiday Inn Express Dubai Airport as a House Keeping Senior
Room attendant from Nov 2009 to August10th 2011.
Completed Industrial Training in Housekeeping department in the prestigious
luxury hotel Fortune landmark Hotel In Indore in 2008.

As a Housekeeping Supervisor My Responsibilities were as follows,

Job descriptions:
Read logbook and check for any handover.
Check arrival list and make sure to check the traces, VIPs and prioritize early
arrivals.
Check room attendant allocation.
Take a print out of check out, due out and stay over rooms.
Attend the Housekeeping. Briefing.
After briefing meet with the room attendant .to give instructions.
Attend the supervisors briefing.
After supervisors briefing check the departed rooms from the opera for the
second time before going up to the floor.
Check the showroom in floor if there is any.
Start checking the corridors pantries and service areas, and meet the room
attendant on the floor to ask if they need something.
Check the early and VIP Arrival rooms and places the amenities or instructs
the room attendant to do so.
Check the inspected rooms to make sure that everything is okay.
Start checking c/o arrival room if there is any.
Start checking occupied rooms if there is any.
Update occupied clean rooms before lunch.
Update c/o rooms after lunch and disseminate the info. to the room attendant.
Report DND rooms at 3:00 pm
Do the final check of the floors (pantries and service lifts)
Update DND rooms before 6:00 pm to hand over to pm shift team leade
