M.S. (PHARM) RESEARCH PROJECT

As a part of my project work I am trying to correlate the molecular descriptors of small
molecules with there biological activity. In this regard, initially, partial atomic charges
has been taken as a molecular descriptor for a class of compounds with fused ring system.
This can be helpful in predicting the biological activity computationally by analyzing the
molecular descriptors. After that I will also perform QSAR study and develop a CoMFA
model for a series of compounds.
