 Majority of the respondents says yes that they were aware of various plans
offered by the Reliance Life Insurance Company (68%)

 Majority of the respondents says that they were satisfied with the customer

OBJECTIVES 0F THE STUDY

The objective of the study is to consider the extent of customer satisfaction of the Reliance Life
Insurance Company, Coimbatore district. Towards this objective, the following specific
objectives are taken up for the study.

1. To know the awareness of consumer towards Reliance Life

Insurance Company.
2. To know the consumer satisfaction towards Reliance Life

Insurance Company.

3. To identify the factors influencing investment of money in Reliance

Life Insurance Company.

4. To identify the various schemes offered by the Reliance Life

Insurance Company.

5. To offer suggestion for the improvement of investment pattern in

Reliance Life Insurance Company.
