A. CORRIGENDA OF SCHEDULE OF RATES 2014
1. The FORMAT A (Page 217 of SOR 2014) to evaluate Issue Rate and Cost at Site of bitumen /
CRMB / bituminous emulsion issued by the Department is replaced by the following :

Format for analysis of rates of Bitumen / Bitumen Emulsion / CRMB supplied by Department
Step - 1

Basic Cost of materials including all taxes at the nearest source of the manufacturer as per Table I 2.

at Site of Cement issued by the Department is replaced by the following :

CASE-( I ): For items , Where costs of cement is to be included in the item rate :Step 1

1 of the Schedule of Rates, 2014.).

Department is replaced by the following :

For items, where costs of steel is to be included in the item rate to arrive at the complete cost :

road transport carriage shall be enhanced by 50%
over the rates provided for Darjeeling Hill area.
Compensation for earth will vary from place to place
andwill have to be assessed realistically as per
particularground situation. The rate for
compensation for earth isto be determined by the
Superintending Engineer of theconcerned Circle.
This is applicable for all items of Earthwork where
land is to be owned and arranged byContractor.

Description

Cost of boring using drilling mud to stabilized the bore and


flushing the bore of excess mud with fresh drilling fluid for
the portion of the pile above cutoff level and up to the level of
island for providing RCC cast in situ bored pile in position
including the cost of mobilization and hire charges of all
equipment necessary for boring.
