1.

What is the Status of Managers?


Managers in the Food Corporation of India are, as per Staff Regulations, placed in Category-II
of the Corporation. Managers are in fact the first level management and function as front line
Managers in the various cadres to which they are assigned.

2.

What are the duties of Managers?


Generally, the duties and the powers of the Managers are as under:
General: Applicable to all Managers irrespective of their Cadre.

(i)

The Managers are competent to grant casual leave to the employees working under them.

(ii)

They make the performance appraisal of the Categories III and IV staff working under them.

(iii)

They scrutinize the incoming and outgoing communications; distribute them with directives
wherever required to personnel subordinate to them for action.

(iv)

They have to allocate work to their subordinates and ensure proper coordination in their work.

(v)

They guide and advise the personnel working in their sections.

(vi)

They check registers and records maintained in the section to ensure proper maintenance.

(vii)

Perform house-keeping functions such as estimating a sections inventory needs.

(viii)

They ensure maintenance of up-to-date reference books, office orders, guard files etc.

(ix)

They maintain disciplinary control over their subordinates-check attendance and to ensure that
due output is given by all concerned.

What are the duties and responsibilities of Manager (General)?

(i)

Supervisory charge of Administration Section in District Offices and other General Sections in
Regional Office/Zonal Office/Head Office.

(ii)

To ensure that all the relevant facts pertaining to individual cases collected from various
sources are assimilated and the questions which they pose are presented in a way which
facilitates decisions; he adds his own remarks or suggestions which induce decisions.

(iii)

To scrutinize proposals/cases relating to different subjects dealt with in his section, check the
facts for accuracy and for incorporating additional information pertaining to precedents, policy
etc. which may have been omitted; generally all policy decisions begin at his level.

(iv)

Such other duties as may be entrusted to them.

What are the duties and responsibilities of Manager (Depot)?

(i)

Supervisory charge of a Food Storage Depot.

(ii)

To supervise, direct, guide, check and coordinate the work of operations, movement
and office staff in the depot.

(iii)

To exercise close control over all storage and movement operations with a view to reduce costs
by avoiding demurrage, thefts and pilferage, storage losses etc.

(iv)

To deal effectively with outside parties such as railways, transport contractors, labour
contractors, Fair Price Shop dealers and others.

(v)

To hold supervisory charge of the grain depot/depots as well as to supervise the


maintenance/upkeep of all property of FCI at the Depot / Depots; undertake physical
verification of stocks as per instructions.

(vi)

To ensure timely and up-to-date submission of prescribed returns/information in respect of the


depot to higher authorities and to ensure up-to-date maintenance of all registers pertaining to
stock accounts.

(vii)

To control and allot duties to departmental labour.

(viii)

Such other duties as may be entrusted to them.

What are the duties and responsibilities of Manager (Movement)?

(i)

To maintain liaison with the Railways at the appropriate level for sorting out all
connected with the store.

(ii)

To carry out inspections of depots in regard to filling of claims, maintenance of claims


records and transfers of claims to Regional Office gives guidance whenever required.

(iii)

Is responsible for ensuring timely action with regard to the matters relating to the payment of
freight charges, demurrage charges, siding agreements, revival of credit note facilities.

(iv)

To arrange action in regard to linking of missing and unconnected wagons and arrange
modification/withdrawal of the concerned missing wagon claims.

(v)

With the assistance of staff attached to him, to arrange, to maintain and submit the claims
statistics, advises solution of Railway Claims/Commercial Policy problems in liaison with the
Railways.

(vi)

To ensure placing of indents by depot staff as per programme and to maintain contact with
railways for supply of wagons and grant of clear Railway Receipts.

(vii)

Such other duties as may be entrusted to them.

What are the duties and responsibilities of Manager (Accounts)?

(i)

Supervisory charge of Accounts Section in District Office.

(ii)

To sign cheques for the bills passed for payment.

(iii)

To check and recommend to competent authority the payment or otherwise of


T.A. bills and other miscellaneous bills.

(iv)

To give financial advice, control budgetary allocation, and exercise observance of financial
discipline in a district office.

(v)

To keep proper watch on the operation of the bank account, maintenance of books of
accounts and review the performance through accountal system.

(vi)

To supervise up-to-date keeping of books of original entries, subsidiary books and other related
accounts record.

(vii)

To supervise preparation of yearly, quarterly and monthly trial balances.

(viii) To properly control the demand for and the use of funds to keep interest costs at an
irreducible minimum.
(ix)

To carry out the periodical inspection of various offices in the District/Region to verify the
observance of accounting procedure.

What are the duties and responsibilities of Manager (Technical) (in the Laboratory)

(i)

Supervisory charge of the District / Regional Laboratory.

(ii)

To supervise analysis of food grains, procured internally or imported.

(iii)

To arrange and supervise to maintenance of records showing the details of analysis of the
samples received etc.

(iv)

Arrange joint analysis of disputed stocks.

(v)

Arrange for consolidation of MIR received from various depots and Districts and
ensure follow-up action through his supervision.

(vi)

Arrange for prompt issue of quality certificate to facilitate payments.

(vii)

To supervise maintenance of type samples and reference library.

(viii)

To assist District/Regional Manager in day-to-day work in quality control matters.


Implementation of Head Office/Zonal Office/Regional Office instructions.

(ix)

To supervise working of quality control staff in District/Regional Offices and ensure


submission of quality control returns to Regional Office/Zonal Office and Head Office in
time.

(x)

To inspect storage depots where Managers are not posted and guide the quality control staff
wherever necessary.

(xi)

Such other duties as may be entrusted to them.

What are the duties and responsibilities of Manager (Technical) (in the depot):

(i)

To keep watch on condition of grain in storage and chalk out priority list for release of stocks
being received in the depot from procurement Centres/Ports with particular reference to quality/
specification.

(ii)

To ensure that quality of stocks being released for public consumption from storage is well
within PFA rules.

(iii)

To ensure proper and timely treatment of stocks with chemicals with proper dosages.

(iv)

Such other duties as may be entrusted to them.

What are the duties and responsibilities of Manager (Technical) (in procurement):
Supervise procurement operations undertaken by the Technical Assistants in the field. On the
spot advice on quality and examination /analysis of stocks of foodgrains meant for purchases by
the Technical Assistants. Surprise inspection of procurement centres and procured stocks,
super-inspection of stocks procured by State Government/Agencies meant for takeover.
Supervision of field experiments on procurement sponsored by Head Office/Zonal
Office/Regional Office. Maintenance of records on procurement with reference to target fixed.
Supervision and surprise inspection of wagon loading. Such other duties as may be entrusted to
them.

What are the duties and responsibilities of Manager (Civil Engineering) (CE):
Same as that listed in the note Status of Managers and their duties and responsibilities. The
incumbent supervises and performs all work relating to Civil Engineering alloted to his unit. Is
required to exercise 50% check on all work executed under his charge and is responsible for
maintenance of inventory of materials and accounts of work under his charge. Checks and
certifies bills of contractors performing work under his charge.
Ensures safety measures against accidents.

What are the duties and responsibilities of Manager (Mechanical Engineering) (ME):
Same as that listed in the note Status of Managers and their duties and responsibilities. The
incumbent supervises and performs all work relating to Mechanical Engineering allotted to his
unit. He is required to exercise 50% check on all works executed under his charge and is
responsible for maintenance of inventory of materials and accounts of work under his charge.
Checks and certifies bills of contractors performing work under his charge.
Ensures safety measures against accidents.

What are the duties and responsibilities of Manager (Mechanical) (Maintenance &
Operation):
The note on Status and duties and responsibilities of Manager will also be applicable to the
incumbent. He will be the overall In-charge of entire discharge operations at the food grains
berths. He will supervise and control operational and maintenance staff on duty in workshop
and during the shifts viz; Shift Supervisor, Assistant Supervisor, Head Mechanics, Driver
Mechanics, Mechanics, Wireman etc. He will be responsible for organizing and streamlining
operation and maintenance in an efficient manner for achieving optimum discharge from each
machine.
Ensures safety measures against Accidents.

What are the duties and responsibilities of Manager (Electrical Engineering) (EE):
Same as that listed in the note Status of Managers and their duties and responsibilities. The
incumbent supervises and performs all work relating to Electrical Engineering allotted to his
unit. He is required to exercise 50% check on all works executed under his charge and is
responsible for maintenance of inventory of materials and accounts of work under his charge.
He checks and certifies bills of contractors performing work under his charge.
Ensures safety measures against accidents.

What are the duties and responsibilities of Manager (Electrical) (Maintenance &
Operation):
The notes on Status and duties and responsibilities of Manager will also be applicable to the

What are the duties and responsibilities of Manager (Hindi):

(i)

The translation work from English to Hindi and vice-versa and vetting thereof.
To acquaint the officers and staff of the department with the provisions of the Official Language
Act, Government rules & orders relating to Official Language and Hindi training and to help
them in implementing the same.
To ensure proper compliance of the Official Language Policy in the department, subordinate
offices and sections.
To work as the Secretary of the Official Language Implementation Committee of their
department / office and to convene its meetings from time to time. To prepare the agenda and
minutes of the meetings and to co-ordinate the action taken on the decisions taken in the
meetings.
To make suggestions from time to time for promoting the progressive use of Hindi.
To prepare the reference and help literature, to organize Hindi Workshops and to assist the
officers and staff in learning Hindi and using Hindi in Official business.

Whether I can apply in Two or more Zones and posts?

Candidates can apply only in One Zone either North Zone or South Zone or East Zone or West
Zone or North East Zone.
Candidates can apply only for any one of the post code A,B,C,D,E,F,G,H & I within the Zone.

17.

What are modes for applying for the post?


Candidates are required to submit the Online Application Form only ONCE.

18.

How to apply for the post? What is the amount that I am required to pay and what are
the documents I need to upload?

Filling up of Application Form is in two parts viz:


PART- I:
a. In Part I, Candidate will have to fill the requisite information like Candidates Name,
Gender, Date of Birth, Category, whether Person with Disability, whether Departmental
(FCI) employee, Zone applied for, Written Test Centre, Post applied for, Educational

Qualification, E-mail Id, Mobile Number, Experience, Communication Address,


Declaration, etc. On submission of Details, Candidate will be prompted to check the filled
details and fill/make corrections if any, otherwise to SUBMIT his/her final data.
b. Photograph, Signature and certificate/document for Exemption of Application fee is to be
up-loaded as per instructions given on the website in the link Guidelines for scanning the
Photograph, Signature, Certificate/Document. The image file of Photograph, Signature and
certificate/document for Exemption of Application fee should be in .JPG or .JPEG format.
There will be 3 separate links for uploading Photograph, Signature and
Certificate/Document. Click on the respective link Upload Photograph, Signature and
Certificate/Document.
Recent passport size colour photograph, preferably with white background, must be used. Size of
the file for photograph should be between 20kb-40kb.
For signature the candidate has to sign on white paper with BLUE / BLACK INK PEN. If the
candidates signature on the answer script at the time of the examination and at subsequent
stages, if applicable, does not match the scanned signature on the Admit Card/Attendance Sheet,
the candidature of the candidate will be disqualified. Size of file should be between 10kb-20kb.
The candidate has to scan and upload the relevant Certificate/Document for Exemption of
Application Fee (in case of SC/ST/PWD (PH) and Female candidate) in one page only. In case of
failure of uploading the relevant certificate/document, the candidature will not be accepted. Size
of file should be between 20kb-60kb.
Online Application Form will not be Accepted/Registered unless the candidate uploads his/her
photograph, signature and certificate/document (if applicable) as specified.
After uploading, Candidates have to preview the uploaded images. Here the candidate is advised
to see that, his/her uploaded photograph is clearly visible/ identifiable in the appropriate row and
the specimen signature is also visible in appropriate space. If for any reason uploaded images are
not up to the mark then the candidate can upload these images again by following the same
procedure. In no case these spaces should be swapped. If the candidate is satisfied with the
uploaded images, he/she may proceed further.
c) Submission of Application:

The candidate may review all the filled information before clicking on the declaration.
If a candidate finds that all the filled information are correct then he/she can select the
declaration and click on final SUBMIT button given on page, otherwise EDIT the
information filled by him/her.

Before submission of the online Application, candidates must see the preview of the filled
details so that it can be edited if required. After submission of the Application, no addition /
modification will be permitted.
For the candidates (SC/ST/PWD and Female) Exempted from Application Fee:

Once a candidate clicks on SUBMIT button a Registered Application Form will be


generated having unique Registration Number. Candidates are advised to take a print
of the Registered Application Form for their records and future reference.

Candidates exempted from Application Fee will get a Registration Number as


confirmation through SMS and/or E-mail, which can be used along with
combination of Date of Birth to print the Registered Application Form. Thus the
process for registration of Candidates exempted from Application Fee gets
completed. The Registration number along with Date of Birth can also be used for
downloading the Admit Card 15 days prior to the date of examination which shall
also be notified in the designated website i.e.www.fcijobsportal.com. In case the
candidate is not able to take the printout of the Registered Application Form and also
does not receive SMS and/or Email indicating Registration Number, the candidate
can download / access the same by link Click here to Print/Reprint Registered
Application Form/ To make the Payment of Application Fee if earlier attempt was
not successful (Relogin) given on the website i.e.www.fcijobsportal.com.

PART-II
For the candidates who have to pay Application Fee:
It is NOT APPLICABLE for SC/ST/PWD and FEMALE Candidates.
Once a candidate clicks on SUBMIT button a page will open having some important instructions
for payment, a Payment Reference Number and a Link to make payment of Application Fee.
Candidates may please note that unless they make the payment of Application Fee, their
application will be treated as INCOMPLETE. Candidates who want to pay at later stage can use
this Payment Reference Number for re-login and making the payment in order to complete his
Registration.
Once a candidate clicks on button of making the payment, the Site will redirect them to SBI
Payment Site. There are various options available for payment on SBI site viz. SBI Internet
Banking, other major banks Internet Banking; Debit/Credit Cards, Cash Payment
through e-challan at branches of SBI.

Candidates who opt for any Online Mode of Payment like Credit Card, Debit Card or Net
banking: After making the successful Payment they will immediately be redirected to
www.fcijobsportal.com for generation of Registered Application Form. Candidates are advised
to take a print of the Registered Application Form for their records and future reference. Thus the

process for Registration of candidates who have to pay Application Fee gets completed. The
Registration number along with Date of Birth can also be used for downloading the Admit Card
15 days prior to the date of examination which shall also be notified in the designated website
i.e.www.fcijobsportal.com.
Note: It is in the interest of the candidates to use any Online Mode other than the bank e-Challan mode
to instantly complete the Registration Process and generate the Registered Application Form.
Candidates are advised not to wait till 09.07.2015 to make payment through bank e-Challan. Further
the Bank /transaction charges for e-Challan mode is Rs. 60/- in addition to the Application Fee of Rs.
600/- and is to be borne by the candidates.
Candidates who opt to pay the Application Fee through Bank e-Challan mode: A challan
will be generated in two copies (One Banks copy and one Candidates copy). After taking a
printout of the Bank e-Challan, a candidate has to go to nearest SBI branch in working
days/hours and make the payment on or before 09.07.2015. After making the Payment, a
candidate will get a Candidates copy of Challan duly stamped along with Journal Number.
Candidates are advised to keep this Candidates copy of Challan in safe custody for future use.
After making the Cash payment, a candidate should visit www.fcijobsportal.com after a
minimum gap of 24 Hours to check his payment status by clicking on the Click here to
Print/Reprint Registered Application Form/ To make the Payment of Application Fee if earlier
attempt was not successful (Relogin) given on the website www.fcijobsportal.com .
If the Payment status is updated successfully, Registered Application form will be generated
having unique Registration Number. If Payment status is not updated successfully and if a
candidate has already submitted Application Fee by Bank e-Challan mode, then either he is
checking his payment status before 24 hours after making the payment, or his payment details
have not been received from Bank. If the candidate has already made the payment by Bank
Challan before 24 hours and his details are not available, then he is advised to send the scanned
copy of his Challan receipt on mail id: fciquery02@fcijobsportal.com., clearly mentioning
Payment Reference Number and Journal Number.
Please note that only after confirmation of the payment, the registration of a candidate shall be
treated as COMPLETED. Candidates are advised to take a print of the Registered Application
Form for their records and future reference. The Registration Number along with Date of Birth
can also be used for taking a print of Registered Application Form and also for downloading the
Admit Card 15 days prior to the date of examination which shall also be notified in the
designated website i.e. www.fcijobsportal.com.

Cheques, Money Orders, Postal Orders, Pay Orders, Bankers Cheques, Postal Stamps, etc.,
will not be accepted, towards Application Fee .

19.

What are the modes of payment of Application Fee?


Candidates except as specified above, applying for the post (ANY ONE WITHIN THE ZONE)
are required to submit APPLICATION FEE of Rs. 600/- {Excluding bank charges but
including service tax as applicable. Service Tax Code (Registration Number)
AAACF0365NST099} through any one of the following modes of payment:

SBI Internet Banking, other major banks Internet Banking; Debit/Credit Cards (The
additional bank charges for all such transactions is around Rs 20/- (which may vary) and
is to be borne by the candidates in addition to the Application Fee of Rs. 600/-.). The last
date for making the Payment of Application Fee through this mode is 09.07.2015.
Cash Payment through e-challan at branches of SBI. {The additional bank charges for
Challan Mode is Rs. 60/- , and is to be borne by the candidates. Thus the Total
Application Fee in this mode is Rs. 660/- (including bank charges and service tax as
applicable)}. The last date for generation of Bank e-Challan is 02.07.2015, and last date for
making the Payment of Application Fee by e-Challan is 09.07.2015.
IT IS IN THE INTEREST OF THE CANDIDATES TO USE ONLINE MODE TO
INSTANTLY COMPLETE THE REGISTRATION PROCESS AND GENERATE THE
REGISTERED APPLICATION FORM.

20.

I have, by mistake, entered incorrect data in my application. How shall I correct it?
If a candidate finds that all the filled information are correct then he/she can select the
declaration and click on final SUBMIT button given on page, otherwise EDIT the information
filled by him/her. The candidate should cross check all the details filled in the Online
Application, before finally submitting the same, as no correction will be possible later. Data,
once submitted cannot be edited. Care should, therefore be taken that only correct information
is entered in the Application Form. In case you find that anything needs to be changed, go back
and make the necessary changes. Only when you are sure the information is in order, Click on
SUBMIT button.
Please note that once the data is submitted any requests for change of mailing address,
examination center / category / discipline etc. as declared in the online application will not
be entertained.

21.

How can I get to know the status of my application after submission?


Candidates can Relogin into the system by clicking on the link Click here to Print/Reprint
Registered Application Form/ To make the Payment of Application Fee if earlier attempt was
not successful (Relogin) given on the website i.e.www.fcijobsportal.com. by using either a

combination of :a) Registration Number / Payment Reference Number and Date of Birth, or
b) a combination of Candidates Name, Date of Birth, Category and Fathers Name to
know the status of their application.
22.

What documents should I keep for future reference?


A copy of Registered Application Form, Bank Challan, Photocopy of all relevant Certificates /
Documents, No Objection Certificate (NOC) (if applicable), Admit Card and Interview Call
Letter needs to be maintained till the end of the recruitment process.

23.

I am unable to choose a post of my choice?


Based on your age, category, PWD/PH, domicile of J&K, Department, essential qualification,
experience and other details the system is designed to give the Posts for which you are eligible.
In case it is not displaying the Post of your choice, you have either entered incorrect data or you
are not eligible for that particular Post. Hence, kindly read the advertisement for eligibility and
availability of posts and then fill the correct details in the Online Application Form.

24.

I belong to a reserved category. Can I apply for posts for which there is no vacancy
advertised for the reserved category. For example, in North Zone there is no vacancy for
SC for the post of Management Trainee (Movement). Similarly there is no vacancy for ST
for the post of Management Trainee (Movement).
Please read the advertisement for eligibility and availability of posts. In case there is no vacancy
for a particular reserved category, he/she can still apply provided if he/she meets the eligibility
criteria. However, for such posts he/she shall be considered as a General candidate on their own
merit without relaxed standards.

25.

What will be the language used in the exam?


The Question Papers for Written Test will be bilingual i.e. in English and Hindi.

26.

Can the percentage of marks be rounded off?


No. Rounding off of the percentage of marks is not allowed.

27.

Can the age of candidate be rounded off to the lower limit?


No, the age cannot be rounded off to the lower limit.

If the print out of the filled Application Form could not be taken at the time of
registration, can it be taken out at a later date?
Yes. In case the candidate is not able to take the printout of the Registered Application Form
and also does not receive SMS and/or Email indicating Registration Number, the candidate can

When will be the written test?


Date of Written test will be notified later on the designated website i.e. www.fcijobsportal.com.

30.

What will be the selection process and pattern of the written test?
SELECTION PROCESS:
Management Trainees (MTs):- The selection process will be consisting of Written Test (WT),
Group Discussion (GD) and Interview (I) for Management Trainees (MTs).
Manager (Hindi):- The selection process will be consisting of Written Test (WT) and Interview
(I) for Manager (Hindi).
PATTERN OF WRITTEN TEST:
The Written Test will comprise of
One Paper

Two Papers :

Paper-I only for the Post Code A, B & C


Paper-I & Paper-II for the Post Code D, E, F, G & H.

Paper III and Paper IV for Post Code I {Manager (Hindi)}.


The pattern of Paper-I will be same for Post Code A, B, C, D, E, F, G & H. Candidates applying
for any ONE of the Post Code D, E, F, G& H will appear in Paper-I to be followed by Paper II.
Candidates applying for Post code I will appear in Paper-III to be followed by Paper-IV.
Examination may be conducted on same day or on different dates as per Zone wise and/or Post
wise depending on the volume of applications received and other factors. Depending upon
administrative exigencies / requirements Written Test may be held separately for particular
Post(s) / Categories / Cadres.
Note: WRITTEN TEST for Paper - I & Paper - II and Paper III & Paper IV shall be held in
single sitting only.
Pattern of Paper I and Paper II shall be as follows:
Paper-I (Duration - 90 minutes):
120 Multiple Choice Questions of General Aptitude consisting of Reasoning, Data Analysis,
Computer Awareness, General Awareness, Management and Current Affairs for the post of
Management Trainees (General / Depot / Movement / Accounts / Technical / Civil Engineering

/ Mechanical Engineering /Electrical Engineering).


Paper-II (Duration - 90 minutes):

120 Multiple Choice Questions on General Accounting and Finance for candidates applying
for Management Trainee (Accounts)

120 Multiple Choice Questions on Agriculture, Food Science and Technology, Agricultural
Engineering & Bio Technology for candidates applying for Management Trainee
(Technical)

120 Multiple Choice Questions on Civil Engineering / Mechanical Engineering / Electrical

Interview on criteria of 50% marks in Written Test for unreserved categories and 45% marks
for all reserved categories including Persons with Disabilities. The number of candidates to be
called for Group Discussion / Interview shall generally be five times and minimum three times
the number of vacancies on the basis of merit in the Written Test from amongst the qualified
candidates cadre wise / zone wise / category wise. A candidate has to appear in all the phases of
the recruitment process to be eligible for the selection. The candidates are advised to keep in
touch through the Website.
The merit of Written Test, for post code A,B & C will be decided on Paper -I and for post code
D or E or F or G or H the merit will be decided on Paper-I & post specific Paper-II.
Manager (Hindi):- Candidates applying for Manager (Hindi) posts will be shortlisted for
evaluation of Paper-IV, based on their marks in Paper-III; and Paper-IV of only the short-listed
candidates will be evaluated. There will be a minimum qualifying marks for Paper-IV, only
those candidates who secure the minimum qualifying marks will be considered for final

selection. Final selection will be on the basis of marks secured by the candidates in Paper-III
and Paper-IV, subject to securing the minimum qualifying marks in Paper-IV.
Paper-IV will be evaluated for only those candidates in the Merit list within Ten times (subject
to availability) the number of zone-wise vacancies available for Manager (Hindi) posts based on
their marks in Paper-III. In-case the requisite number of candidates are not available to fill up
the vacancies, at the discretion of Competent Authority, an additional list for evaluation of
Paper-IV may be drawn based on the merit of Paper-III.

No original Certificates / Documents and Experience Certificates are required to be sent in
connection with the Application unless directed to do so. Candidates may also note that Selfattested Photostat copies of requisite Certificates / Documents shall be required to be sent /
uploaded at the designated address / website in case of their shortlisting on the basis of written
Examination which shall be informed / notified through the designated website
www.fcijobsportal.com. Original certificates will, however, be scrutinized / verified at the time
of Interview/Group Discussion.

Undertaking/Departmental(FCI) Candidates?
Yes. Candidates should in possession of No Objection Certificate from their Employer on or
before 02.07.2015.

Whether the change of Centre for Written Test is allowed after the submission of
Application?
No change in Centre of examination will be allowed under any circumstances. Hence, the
candidates should select the Centres carefully and indicate the same correctly in their
applications. However, the Corporation reserves the right to cancel any Centre and ask the
candidates of that Centre to appear from another Centre. Corporation also reserves the right to
divert candidates of any Centre to some other Centre to take the examination.

Format prescribed for furnishing OBC certificate is appended at Annexure B of the
Advertisement.

mandatory for seeking reservation/relaxation benefits.

The delay in accessing the website www.fcijobsportal.com depends upon various factors like
Internet Speed, load on the server, Network problems etc. Therefore if you are not able to get
the relevant webpage for registration promptly, please retry after some time or during off-peak
hours. In order to avoid last minute rush, the candidates are advised to apply early enough. FCI
will not be responsible for network problems or any other problem in submission of online
Application.

What is the last date for submission of Online Application Form?


The Online registration will remain active from 02.06.2015.10:00 Hrs to 02.07.2015.23:59 Hrs
only. Candidates who have generated their Payment Reference Number till 02.07.2015
should make all-out effort to make the payment by 02.07.2015. Somehow if the candidates
are not able to make their payment within 02.07.2015 in that case they will be allowed to
make payment within 09.07.2015 only. IN ORDER TO AVOID LAST MINUTE RUSH,
THE CANDIDATES ARE ADVISED TO APPLY EARLY ENOUGH. FCI WILL NOT BE
RESPONSIBLE FOR NETWORK PROBLEMS OR ANY OTHER PROBLEM IN
SUBMISSION OF ONLINE APPLICATION. EVEN IF THE CANDIDATE HAS
SUBMITTED HIS DATA BUT HAS NOT SUBMITTED THE APPLICATION FEE, IF
