Prescribed fees once paid will not be refunded or adjusted for future convocations.
Application form with fee will be submitted along with No Dues Certificate (NDC) latest by
06.05.2015.
8. Incomplete and incorrect applications will be summarily rejected and no correspondence will be
entertained in the matter.
9. The degree certificates of those candidates admitted to the convocation IN-ABSENTIA will be sent by
Registered post to the address given by the candidates provided student has submitted his No
Dues Certificate dully signed in all concerned departments.
10. Any change in the registration form must be communicated at the earliest to Assistant Registrar
