Soccer Team, The Hustler and revisiting his homeland
of Jamaica. On the 20th of April
2001, Errol Phillip Chang went home
to be with the Lord. His wife of over
28 years, daughter and son were at
his side. Errol is also survived by his
two other children, Yvette and xxx
and grandchildren and soon to be
granddaughter this summer.
In addition, Errol is survived by his
brother, sisters, nieces, nephews and
friends too numerous to count.

Section C: Confirmation Of Mr. Errol Phillip Changs Employment:
Original Report June 2001 - Errol P. Chang, a member of Equipment Authorization Branch of
the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) died on April 20th, following complications
from surgery. Chang was 52 years old. Chang was an 18-year veteran of the FCC. He started at
the FCC Laboratory in2 June 1983 in the Equipment Authorization Branch.
After several years, he transferred to Commission headquarters where he served in the RF Safety
Branch. Chang returned to the Laboratory and the Equipment Authorization Branch in 1996.
Chang is survived by his wife, a son and two daughters.

Graduate in engineering not a car wash attendant. An Engineer graduate who could not find work
in 17 years in his field. Ok, yes we all have dry period to work search. But 17 Years Just Not
Possible. What's the cause of that?

time Mr. Chang started University until the time he got employment in his field of Engineering

concerned him. He did not go and see his doctor. He went to the ER. Why is that important to me?
Well, it tells me that he was experiencing a feeling of Hopeless, Urgency, and Emergency.

Complication during Surgery Meaning what exactly? "They hospital and doctors did not know
what happened to him exactly. This does not mean the hospital is at fault. It simply means. The

Section G: What Does It Mean No Bowel Movement ILEUS.
Meaning when the bowel is not moving or blocked. Mechanical and non-mechanical.
Mechanical obstructions. A mechanical cause, which means something, is in the way. Ileus, a
condition in which the bowel doesn't work correctly (but there is no structural problem). Occur
because the bowel is physically blocked and its contents cannot pass the point of the obstruction.
This happens when, abnormal tissue growth, or the presence of foreign bodies in
the intestines. VICTIMS POISONED. There is no way can the person continues to a regular
life with ILEUS. Because the stool must come out somehow. This leads to the bowel being
perforated. When things are not moving. Meaning it erupts and spills its content into the
abdomen/Belly. This leads to life threatening situation. The patient can die from infection and or
blood loss. Rapid death can occur as quickly as 1 week.
MEDICAL ON ILEUS:
Definition - Ileus is a partial or complete non-mechanical blockage of the small and/or large
intestine. The term "ileus" comes from the Latin word for colic.
Description - There are two types of intestinal obstructions, mechanical and non-mechanical.
Mechanical obstructions occur because the bowel is physically blocked and its contents cannot
pass the point of the obstruction. This happens when the bowel twists on itself (volvulus) or as
the result of hernias, impacted feces, abnormal tissue growth, or the presence of foreign bodies in
the intestines.
Unlike mechanical obstruction, non-mechanical obstruction, called ileus or paralytic ileus,
occurs because peristalsis stops. Peristalsis is the rhythmic contraction that moves material
through the bowel. Ileus is most often associated with an infection of the peritoneum (the
membrane lining the abdomen). It is one of the major causes of bowel obstruction in infants and
children. Another common cause of ileus is a disruption or reduction of the blood supply to the
abdomen. Handling the bowel during abdominal surgery can also cause peristalsis to stop, so
people who have had abdominal surgery are more likely to experience ileus. When ileus results
from abdominal surgery the condition is often temporary and usually lasts only 48-72
hours.
Ileus sometimes occurs as a complication of surgery on other parts of the body, including joint
replacement or chest surgery. Over all, the total rate of bowel obstruction due both to mechanical
and non-mechanical causes is one in one thousand people (1/1,000).

Cavernosum + Copulatory Organ (Corpus
cavernosum penis - A corpus cavernosum penis
(singular) (cavernous body of the penis) is one of
a pair of sponge-like regions of erectile tissue, the corpora cavernosa (plural) (cavernous bodies),
which contain most of the blood in the penis during an erection. Such a corpus is homologous to
the corpus cavernosum clitoridis in the female; the body of the clitoris contains erectile tissue in
a pair of corpora cavernosa (literally "cave-like bodies") with a recognisably similar structure.
Anatomy - The two corpora cavernosa and corpus spongiosum (also known as the corpus
cavernosum urethrae in older texts and in the diagram to the right) are three expandable erectile
tissues along the length of the penis, which fill with blood during penile erection. The two
corpora cavernosa lie along the penis shaft, from the pubic bones to the head of the penis, where
they join. These formations are made of a sponge-like tissue containing irregular blood-filled
spaces lined by endothelium and separated by connective tissue septa. The male anatomy has no
vestibular bulbs, but instead a corpus spongiosum, a smaller region along the bottom of the
penis, which contains the urethra and forms the glans penis.
Physiology - In some circumstances, release of nitric oxide precedes relaxation of muscles in the
corpora cavernosa and corpus spongiosum, in a process similar to female
arousal.
The spongy tissue fills with blood, from arteries
down the length of the penis. A little blood enters
the corpus spongiosum; the remainder engorges the
corpora cavernosa, which expand to hold 90% of
the blood involved in an erection, increasing both in
length and in diameter.

The function of the corpus spongiosum is to prevent compression of the urethra during erection.
Blood can leave the erectile tissue only through a drainage system of veins around the outside
wall of the corpus cavernosum. The expanding spongy tissue presses against a surrounding dense
tissue (tunica albuginea) constricting these veins, preventing blood from leaving. The penis
becomes rigid as a result. The glans penis, the expanded cap of the corpus spongiosum, remains
more malleable during erection because its tunica albuginea is much thinner than elsewhere in
the penis.

diagnose the presence or absence of a medical condition, a stool sample sometimes is requested
for testing purposes. In this use, the term stool derives from the noun stool of ease or close stool,
a piece of furniture enclosing a chamber pot that could be used during the night and closed
afterward, awaiting disposal during the day. But despite its origins, the term "stool" is now
sometimes used for any feces, including those of non-human species. The term bowel
movement(s) (with each movement a defecation event) is also common in health care.
In humans and depending on the individual and the circumstances, defecation may occur from
once every two or three days to several times a day. Extensive hardening of the feces may cause
prolonged interruption in the routine and is called constipation. Human fecal matter varies
significantly in appearance, depending on diet and health. Normally it is semisolid, with a mucus
coating. The brown coloration comes from a combination of bile and bilirubin, which comes
from dead red blood cells.
In newborn babies, initially fecal matter is yellow-green after the meconium. This coloration
comes from the presence of bile alone. In time, as the body starts expelling bilirubin from dead
red blood cells, it acquires its familiar brown appearance, unless the baby is breast feeding, in
which case it remains soft, pale yellowish, and not completely malodorous, until the baby begins
to eat significant amounts of other food. Throughout the life of an ordinary human, one may
experience many types of feces. A "green" stool is from rapid transit of feces through the
intestines (or the consumption of certain blue or green food dyes in quantity), and "clay-like"
appearance to the feces is the result of a lack of bilirubin.
Bile overload is very rare, and not a health threat. Problems as simple as serious diarrhea may
cause blood in one's stool. Black stools caused by the presence of blood usually indicate a
problem in the intestines (the black color is a sign of digested blood), whereas red streaks of
blood in stool usually are caused by bleeding in the rectum or anus. Sometimes food may make
an appearance in the feces. Common undigested foods found in human feces are seeds, nuts,
corn, and beans, mainly because of their high dietary fiber content. Beets may turn feces
different hues of red. Artificial food coloring in some processed foods, such as highly colorful
packaged breakfast cereals, can cause unusual coloring of feces if eaten in sufficient quantities.
Clinical laboratory examination of feces, usually termed as stool examination or stool test, is
conducted for the sake of diagnosis, for example, to detect the presence of parasites such as
pinworms and their eggs (ova) or, to detect disease spreading bacteria. A stool culture the
controlled growth of microbial organisms in culture media under laboratory conditions
sometimes is performed to identify specific pathogens in stool. The stool guaiac test (or guaiac
fecal occult blood test) is conducted to detect the presence of blood in stool that is not apparent
