My work experience spans routers and switch configuration, versatility in
local area networks and wide area networks, ability to terminate local area
network, project management, people and operations management, as well
as performance management.

I am a people-oriented and confident individual with excellent

A. Collection and Input of Customer Data

• Accompanied engineers to various sites, to gain knowledge of how
transformers are been installed and maintained and also how to isolate a line
from its source
• Collated daily results of findings into report for study and review

Key Responsibilities

A. Know Your Customer (KYC) Exercise

• Participated as an assistant engineer to local and foreign engineers at the
ground station for the installation of Nigsat-2
• Monitored passes at various time of the day when antenna is tracking from
the low earth satellite, configured monitors on both the IF and RF rack, using
the agency’s name and IP address
• Took readings on the statistic control computers
• Monitored the antenna controller that generates the tracking position data
which could be in different modes like manual, standby, slave and scan

• Monitoring of company’s network by access given to staff

• Creation of internet connection via MTS phones and data cable using the dial-
up connection since the company uses CDMA (Code Division Multiple Access)

extract and arrange all results
 • Ensure that turn-around time and service level agreement for each customer
