Founded by Attorney Richard S. Ravosa who recognized that many people who live, work, study
or visit within the city of Boston on business or pleasure may require the services of an attorney
for various reasons and that there should be a local law firm with an easily accessible web-site

Attorney Richard S. Ravosa, Esquire
Richard S. Ravosa, Esquire, sought after speaker, and bankruptcy radio talk show host, was one
of only fifteen lawyers recognized in 2005 by Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly as a rising star
for his achievements in representing clients with difficult legal obstacles to overcome, his
business acumen, and entrepreneurship skills. Attorney Ravosa is admitted to the practice of law
in Massachusetts and Connecticut and has an accomplished record as a bankruptcy lawyer, trial
lawyer, negotiator, and strategist. Attorney Ravosa is a member of the American Bankruptcy
Institute, National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys and is the host of the Money
or No Money Show, an educational radio talk show airing weekly on AM 1120 in the Boston
area and AM 970 in Greater Worcester/Southbridge where callers can have bankruptcy and
foreclosure questions answered free of charge. Attorney Ravosa has also been featured on WBZ

TV News, Channel 4, Boston and WGGB TV News, Channel 40, Springfield, regarding his
successful handling of bankruptcy matters on behalf of his clients. In 2010, Attorney Ravosa
launched the Massachusetts Bankruptcy Center, Debt Relief Foundation, which is an
organization that provides free legal representation for qualifying Chapter 7 debtors who cannot
afford an attorney.
Erica M. DiBona, Esquire
Erica M. DiBona, Esquire is admitted to the practice of law in Massachusetts and in the U.S.
District Court for the District of Massachusetts. Attorney DiBona is a graduate of Smith College
and Suffolk University Law School, cum laude. She is also a member of the Boston Bar
Association and Massachusetts Bar Association. Attorney DiBona has extensive experience
representing bankruptcy clients before the Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 Trustees in Massachusetts.
Justin M. Lavelle, Esquire
Justin M. Lavelle, Esquire is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts at Amherst, Western
New England College School of Law and is a lifelong resident of Western Massachusetts.
Attorney Lavelle specializes in the fields of consumer protection, bankruptcy and loan
modification. Attorney Lavelle is a member of the advisory board of and legal counsel to the
Western Mass Green Consortium, an environmental advocacy nonprofit organization. Attorney
Lavelle also represents indigent tenants pro bono in eviction proceedings.
Attorney Michelle L. Cote, Esquire
Attorney Michelle L. Cote, Esquire heads the firms Worcester office. She is a graduate of the
Massachusetts School of Law at Andover, where she won numerous awards of distinction for
legal writing, legal advocacy, and litigation practice. Her practice is focused on all areas of
personal injury law, including car accidents, animal attacks, slip and fall cases, catastrophic
injuries, medical malpractice, products liability, premises liability and insurance litigation.
Attorney Cote also oversees the firms Loan Modification and Mortgage Restructuring
Department and Business Law Division. She is a cum laude graduate of Worcester State College
and Assumption College in Worcester. Attorney Cote is a member of the American Bar
Association, Massachusetts Bar Association and Worcester County Bar Association.
Maegan L. Hurley, Esquire
Maegan L. Hurley, Esquire, is admitted to practice law in Massachusetts and in the U.S. District
Court for the District of Massachusetts. Attorney Hurley is a graduate of Simmons College and
Suffolk University Law School, where she received Pro Bono Honors. Attorney Hurley has
experience helping lower income individuals through her work as a student attorney at Suffolk
Laws Housing Clinic and as a coordinator for No One Leaves, which is a grass roots resource
that offers legal information and resources to families facing post-foreclosure eviction. She is a
member of the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys and prior to her
becoming an attorney she had the privilege to work for United States Senator Ted Kennedy. Ms.
