Abstract

: The objective of the study is to identify the capital availability for

residential real estate in India 2010-2012


Sample size for this study was 200 respondents. The respondents were questioned on the
various aspects information to the researcher.
The collected data was analyzed by percentage analysis, chi-square, and correlation.
Results from the analysis are grouped under the title findings.
The questionnaire used for the data collection is also shown in the chapter appendices for a
better reading and understanding of the work done.
Finding

: By this study it was identified that various financial institutions like

ICICI, HDFC, SBI, Canara bank, and LIC HFL are providing enough financial assistance in
housing financing. But all the customers are not aware about all the products offered by the
banks. So an intense advertising effort from the banks is needed to improve the awareness
of customers as the recession have hit the developers little harshly they are in need for
liquid cash flow so they have slashed down the current projects sale rates thus more people
are right now in the post recession they are willing to make an real estate investment which
would turn out to be and huge asset thus the banks can take effort in collaboration with
these builders who are interested in slashing and making arrangements with banks for their
customers which most of the developers prefer as they get the profits quickly

and this

would be more beneficial as the banks will have a hold and will have increase in customers
which in turn will employ ZENTA as the banks grow
