CLOUD COMPUTING IN MEDICINE AND

INFECTIOUS DISEASES
Technology has grown rapidly with scientific advancement over the world in recent decades.
Therefore, there is a need to redesign the medical system to meet their better needs .With the
advent of cloud computing the doctors can keep their information about their critical diseases,
and sophisticated problem they phased .cloud computing has made it possible to solve many
complex problems very fast and at a lower cost in less time Cloud computing and data mining
are proving to be potent weapons in the battle against infectious diseases.. Almost all doctors
in various disciplines uses cloud computing to solve their problem. The combination of rising
expectations and a rapid rate of change, pose a challenge to traditional approaches for
information technology (IT). A new approach is needed to free individuals and organizations
from the constraints of traditional IT. Cloud is a new co m p u t i n g paradigm. In Cloud, IT
resources and services are abstracted from the underlying infrastructure and on-demand and
at scale in a multi-tenant environment All the modern generation of Doctors are switching to
the option of cloud computing, and many web search engines are making us to use a cloud
computing as reality, and granting us free storage space, As the cloud becomes more widely
adopted, the uses for the technology continue to grow. One of the sectors where the uses for
cloud computing are advancing rapidly is healthcare. In hospitals across the country, doctors
and nurses are operating over the cloud on virtual desktops in order to access their desktops
wherever they are. With the use of virtualization, medical staff are able to access their
computers from the nearest thin clients instead of going back to their offices. Not only does
this improve patient care, as charts can be updated more quickly and checked more
frequently, but less movement helps to stop the spread of infection and decreases
contamination. As it happens with onset of heavy rain down pour there will be accumulation of
fresh water there will be certain spread fevers at it happens with epidemics of Dengue in
many places in Kerala. Every hospital is at threat of infections as no organized knowledge is
implemented for action, as a simple example few follow the organized knowledge, If we can
understand the higher rate of infections associated with crowding of unnecessary personal in
the operation theaters, as it happens Fewer doctors and nurses entering the rooms of highly
contagious people means a lower chance of spreading the disease, and virtual desktops
enable medical staff to continue treating patients with a minimal risk of contamination. The
real time examples and information will make many realities to reduce infection; The new tool
will look at the relationship between occurrences of the disease and environmental factors like
rainfall. Maps of the local areas on the Earth Engine will also help scientists and aid workers
learn more about what drives malaria transmission. The malaria prediction tool will also allow
health workers to share their information from the field about where and when malaria cases
have occurred. By combining real time information with satellite data on environmental
conditions within Earth Engine, the tool will be able to pinpoint where new cases are most
likely to emerge. With more specific locations of expected outbreaks, healthcare officials can
distribute bed nets, spray insecticides and give medicines directly to the people who need
them most. Given the ongoing risk of infectious diseases worldwide, it is crucial to develop
appropriate analysis methods, models, and tools to assess and predict the spread of disease
and evaluate the risk. Analyzing and Modeling Spatial and Temporal Dynamics of Infectious
Diseases features mathematical and spatial modeling approaches that integrate applications
from various fields such as geo-computation and simulation, spatial analytics, mathematics,
statistics, epidemiology, and health policy. Now a days the people in the world are sick with
so many health problems and there are some problems which are unknown to the doctors
also so in that situations the doctors need to know how to treat that patients, to overcome this
type of problems we suggested a new era of technology called cloud computing in medical
diagnosis. Here the doctors has to prepare some document whenever he got any critical
cases which he has ever seen and treated in that situation he has to make it a document that
is how to treat that patient. There are some points that a doctor need to mention while
documenting regarding a problem they are Symptoms, Analysis, and Treatment. Some
researchers find out the problems and place all the results into the cloud. The researcher

manages the concept of experiments and find out the treatment here if the doctor found any
disease that he has ever seen then, at first he has to mention the symptoms of that disease
and make a note of it to inform other doctors, if any doctor faces the same disease cases. It is
possible only if the other doctor is friend to him or he is a doctor in an-other hospital in the
same city/region. If the doctors not in the same city or region, when the data are implemented
into the cloud, they know show to solve the symptom disease, It is time to join hands with
clinicians and computer specialists to proceed in order to implement the broad technology
which suits small practices to large hospitals. It will be a real boon for the practise of Medicine
as in rural areas, as it is becoming mandatory for the just qualified doctors located in isolated
and rural areas, the world is fast changing. At the heart of this change are cloud technologies
that are also being accepted by the health care industry. Cloud computing which enables
computers and various other mobile devices to access shared files and applications on-line
through the Internet instead of the local environment. Medical professionals now can share
and promote information among others in similar fields in different locations, Cloud computing
will create a major impact on medicine, and to contain spread of many infectious disease and
contribute to an overall improvement in its quality of life and to reduce morbidity and mortality.
To conclude that if the encrypted treatment information of the patients is uploaded to the
cloud, only authenticated receivers can decrypt and patient details can be kept confidential
among the group of people connected While healthcare professionals have always had an
arsenal of tools designed to fight HAIs, Health care IT News stated that data mining through
the cloud has given them an extra advantage in their efforts. The process is similar to what
health workers are using to fight malaria outbreaks workers can upload local data regarding
incidences of HAIs into the cloud, and use the wealth of data uploaded from healthcare
facilities everywhere to ascertain the direction and severity of the outbreak. NEVER FORGET
WITH AVAILABILITY OF CLOUD COMPETING THE INFORMATION CAN BE MORE NEAR
THAN WE THINK AND DECISION MAKING BECOME EASIER AS WE CAN
COMMUNICATE WITH NEAR PROFESSIONALS, EASIER THAN IN THE PAST, MANY
MEDICAL COLLEGES SHOULD IMPLEMENT THE CLOUD COMPUTING as always,
resources are expensive and limited to many government Institutions. The cloud allows health
workers everywhere to make the most of them. MANY OF THESIS WORKS DONE IN
MEDICAL COLLEGES IN INDIA WITH INTEGRITY TO BE PUT ON CLOUD ON MEDICAL
COUNCIL OF INDIA TO KNOW WHAT REALLY HAPPENING IN OUR PROFESSION
SCIENTIFIC EVALUATION WHERE WE ARE GOING ?
