I.
DESCRIPCIN:
Con este curso se inicia el proceso de desarrollo de las habilidades comunicativas bsicas del
idioma al integrar expresin oral, comprensin auditiva, y destrezas bsicas de escritura y
lectura.
En concordancia, la evaluacin tendr un enfoque comunicativo e integrador de las habilidades
bsicas.
El curso se desarrolla en un cuatrimestre (14* semanas) y consta de 4 lecciones semanales de
50 minutos de duracin.
II. OBJETIVO GENERAL:
Iniciar el proceso de adquisicin de los conocimientos y habilidades en ingls como lengua
extranjera mediante el desarrollo de actividades controladas que promuevan el pensamiento
crtico en contextos de Negociaciones Comerciales, Exportacin e Importacin de CR y el Mundo,
Medios de Pago, entre otros, con el fin de desarrollar un nivel bsico de competencia
comunicativa que integre las reas de expresin oral, comprensin auditiva y destrezas bsicas
en expresin escrita y de lectura.
III. OBJETIVOS ESPECFICOS:

VII. NOTICIAS/LECTURAS
Sern noticias o lecturas nacionales o internacionales relacionadas con la carrera. Cada
estudiante debe traer impreso un anlisis de la noticia en donde d su opinin personal del tema
(mnimo media pgina, mximo una pgina). *No olvide agregar en el encabezado lo
siguiente: Adems de presentar la notica cada estudiante debe hacer una pequea
presentacin oral (2-5 minutes) en donde exponga a la facilitadora y compaeros la noticia.

PRESENTACIONES ORALES:
Sern presentaciones orales (10-15 minutos) en donde los grupos desarrollen un tema
relacionado a la carrera. La facilitadora les asignar el tema y facilitar material para la
presentacin. Cada grupo debe realizar una pequea actividad en donde los compaeros
participen, esto con el objetivo de crear un ambiente participativo durante el desarrollo de la
clase.
