SUBJECT: Submission of endorsement forms and Student Regent nominees credentials
Pursuant to the provisions of the Codified Rules for Student Regent Selection, you are all
hereby directed to submit the endorsement forms of your University Committees and the
curriculum vitae or bio data and vision/mission/goal (VMG) papers of your respective
nominees for the 33rd UP Student Regent system-wide selection process on 20-21 June,
2015 at the University of the Philippines Visayas Miagao campus in Miagao, Iloilo.
To the nominees, please send your VMG papers (in .DOC or .DOCX format) to our email
address (osr@up.edu.ph) within this day. These will be made available as soon as we have
received your submissions.
