Foreword
ZXPOS CNA is a background analysis application developed by
ZTE for the radio network test. In this manual, an introduction is
made to the application and its features with detailed
information on the installation and operations. By reading this
manual, the users of this application and optimization engineers
could receive necessary guide on the operation of the application.
Chapter
Overview
Product Background
The ultimate efficiency and profit in mobile communication
network operating is determined by the network quality and
capacity. Network optimization concerns the interface between
subscribers and the network operators. Due to the variation of
the wireless play environment, frequent capacity expansion, and
the requirements for upgrading, the optimization of the wireless
network becomes most important for the operators. And the
network optimization technicians need a series of auxiliary tools
for network test, analysis and diagnosis. With these tools, they
can locate and predict network quality and capacity problems
and draw up network optimization scheme and plan. During this
process, the network optimization test software occupies the
most important position.

Universal Analysis
Filter Analysis
Overview
It is possible to set related logic expressions (Filter) and regional
conditions for every device in the data test to combine and filter
the data. The filtered data will not be displayed.
Logic filter must be defined in the Analysis Manager.
Region should be defined in the Map Window by using the region
definition tool.
158
Modify/Deleted Filter
Refer to Set Data Filter and change the filters to N/A to disable
the filter condition.
Open Menu navigation bar and select file, device and right-click
the Filter By node. And click Remove All on shortcut menu to
delete all the data filter conditions of this device
CustomEvent Analysis
Overview
CustomEvent analysis can effectively track the problem in the
network by checking the sampling point based on the condition
expression defined by the user.

Bin Analysis
Overview
Bin analysis follows certain grouping rules to group the test data.
Then the data in the groups are counted and sampled to select
one piece of data representing the group.
In the Bin dialog box, select items for analysis and click Add
button.
After the calculation, close the Bin dialog box.

StaticLink Analysis
Overview
Show the relation of two subjects with linking lines on the map.
The lines are shown on the map from the beginning and they do
not change with the drive test points, so they are called Static
Link.
Applying StaticLink
Warning: Be sure to load the proper cell parameters according
to the testing equipment that generates the drive test data.
Otherwise the static link might produce wrong computing result
or no result.
1. On the menu navigation tree, select the file and the device.
Right-click the StaticLink node, and then select the Add on
shortcut menu to open the StaticLink dialog box, as shown
in Figure 159.

DynamicLink Analysis
Overview
Show the relation of two subjects with lines on the map. The
lines displayed on the map change with the drive test points, so
they are called Dynamic Link.
Applying DynamicLink
Warning: Be sure to load the proper cell parameters according to the
testing equipment that generates the drive test data. Otherwise the
dynamic link analysis may produce wrong result or no result.
1. On the menu navigation tree, select the file and the device,
and right-click the DynamicLink node. Next, select Add on

Chapter
13
Overview
This chapter provides the algorithm involving GPS processing
including GPS calibration and distance computation.
GPS calibration adjusts the GPS data after GPS equipment errors,
including system offset, accidental errors or the aggregation
caused by sampling time difference.
The GPS data calibration is shown with the two tracks before
and after the calibration. The user can also view the calibration
result by refreshing the target layer on the map.
How to Open
Select Analysis > GPS Handle on the main menu to open the
GPS processing window (GPS Error Handle), as shown in
Figure 162.
GPS Correction
The GPS correction is mainly used in such situation: Data can be
modified afterwards during the drive test process, when GPS has
multiple abnormal situations, such as occasional hopping,
systemic offset, aggregation caused because the GPS sampling
time is far shorter than the drive test device sampling time. The
result after GPS data is adjusted can be contrasted by the two
orbits around the time when they are adjusted. Otherwise the
result can be seen by directly refreshing the related figure layer
on the map.
Disaggregating
1. Select the drive test file from the file list for correction.
2. Select Eliminate GPS Special Aggregation radio button.
3. Select to use the maximum distance (Max Adjustment) or
the maximum speed (Max Velocity), or both.
4. Enter the maximum distance and/or the maximum speed.
5. Click Apply button. The user will be prompted with a
message: if the data has been modified, it cannot be
restored. Confirm to start the calculation.
Rowarizing
1. Select the drive test file from the file list for correction.
2. Select Eliminate GPS Straight Way Error radio button.
3. Enter the duration (Start Time and End Time). To
determine the time duration, you can refer to Table and Map.
Checking Distance
The user may check the distance calculation result.
On the Menu navigation tree, select the file and GPS
node > NMEA node > Distance node. Next, rightclick distance node, and select View In Table or View
In Map on shortcut menu.
Select View In Table, and you can see the result as shown in Figure
