Responsibilities
As Project Head Haryana, I am fully responsible for land acquisition/
construction of road and structure works i.e. excavation to bituminous work , all
highway related Structures, Toll Plazas, CD works and R.E. walls. The brief
details of Site related responsibilities:
1.Preparation of Site Planning and Programming and making General site
arrangements for implementation of the same as per Project Planning
Schedules as per the availability of Land.
2. Assessment of Raw Materials like Cement, Steel, Aggregates, Bitumen etc.
Indenting and further follow up with concerned departments to make it
available for end use. Material Reconciliation from time to time along with
IPCs/RA Bills with Designed Quantities vs Actual Consumption.
3. Setting up of RMC/Batching Plants, HMP, Precast Member Casting Yards for
PSC(Pretension and Post Tension) girders, RE Panels, Segments, Crash Barriers,
Drains and other related Precast Members.
4. Engaging of PRWs for Miscellaneous Works and piecemeal works,
Subcontractors for Structures, Highways and Casting Yard works and
scrutinizing the IPCs/RA Bills.
5. Coordination with Design Office and Site Engineers to generate work front.
6. Regular liasioning with all concerned departments to sort out various
problems l with Revenue Department, Law and Order Deptt. Railways, clients
and other local govt. organizations.
7. Conducting of Weekly and Monthly Progress Review Meetings with Subcontractors to moniter the targets given and achieved. Setting
targets/Milestones for next month. Assisting the sub contractors to achieve the
maximum progress.
8.Planning of premansoon works and implementation of the same.
9. Attending to Progress review meetings with IE and Client with project
planning schedules.
10.Reporting to Project Director on daily progress and day to day working
needs.
