In this climate of great economic change and competition there is a need for a bang up to date
knowledge, which is accessible even to people who normally, avoid the subject. And
knowledge, which can really claim to be up to date, must recognize and provide for the

The institute reserves 15% seats to SC, ST, OBC Armed forces personnel, Kashmiri Migrants and War
Widow's Children in each stream for admission. A 10% discount on fee is also permissible to them
subject to verification of their relevant documentary proof.
The institute also offers scholarship of 50% fee waiver to meritorious and poor students and decision to

Examination Procedure
Distance and eLearning education simply means imparting education from a distance wherein
the teacher and the student are physically separated.
The medium of instruction is English comprehensive course content. Comprehensive course
content will be supplied to all the students. Students enrolled with different programs will
receive complete study material in 30 days of payment of fee. The material supplied will cover
the syllabus of the course. Those who wish to take further help can access the library, internet
and other sources to widen their knowledge as well as to solve the case studies
Assignments : Assignments are an integral part of the education. The study material
supplied will also contain assignment to be submitted by the students to evaluate their
performance by the local counselors.

Doubt Clearance : Local Counselors will be available during office hours to assist in clearing
study related doubts of the student. Students can also seek doubt clearance via internet and
subject specialist will answer his quarries within next 24 hours.
One-o-One Session : Students will get their FAQs removed during weekend classes at the
last quarter of the session for better grip of the subject. Project Report/Case Studies :
Students will be required to prepare and submit the required report/case studies for
evaluation by the subject experts. Students will be given opportunities to discuss with their
fellow student to interact to learn the practicality of the cases.
Examination : students will get two options to undertake the examination classroom system
of examination or home based. The institute will inform well in time to the students for
examination schedule and it will be mandatory for all students to appear in the examination at
their expenses. The institute will correspond all documents through ordinary post. In case of
delay, loss or damage during transit will not be responsibility of the institute. In the personal
interest of students, they are advised to keep themselves in touch with the institute for
updates and also regularly visit the website. The AIMT reserve the right to
add/delete/change/amend the syllabus, course structure, rules and reulations wherever
considered necessary and appropriate without any prior notice. The students are advised to
keep on logging the institute's webside for updates.
Evaluation : Evaluation is conceived, developed and administered on a rigorous and fair
basis to bring the best in students and prepare them for challenging careers. The passing

Scholarship
AIMT offers scholarship to poor and meritorious students to boost their morale and acheive
their futuristic dreams. AIMT is conducting scholarship test for its BBA/BCA courses session
2010-11 and approaching schools to widely circulate the scheme so that maximum number of
students pursuing their 12th can be benefited from the scheme. AIMT offers :
First Prize ........................................... 100% fee waiver
Second Prize ....................................... 75% fee waiver
Third Prize .......................................... 50% fee waiver
Fourth Prize ........................................ 25% fee waiver
Rest all the attendants will be awarded 10% scholarship on fee upon getting admissions to
respective courses being offered by the institute under distance mode. The mode of fee is
annual and will be paid by the students on annual system of payment. Students will be
required to bring their admit card/result to the local admission office/corporate office of AIMT
to claim their scholarship at the time of admission.
Those who fail to take part in the scholarship test will be adjudged on the basis of their final
performance on the basis of their final scoring in the 12th examination to award scholarship.
