To whom it may concern,

Pastor Tim Marshick took employment with Christ for all Nations as a
local Crusade Director in the Chicago area of Illinois. This was to help
fulfill the vision of Evangelist Reinhard Bonnke to take the gospel of
Jesus Christ across America in stadium type crusades. Tim had the
responsibility of church mobilization, the most important part of the
crusade planning process.
This is a very key position with a large amount of responsibility which
needs the capability of someone who can plan and organize in strategic
ways. Pastor Tim Marshick was a perfect fit for this position.
Tim was able to meet with very key and senior leadership in the church
environment. He was able to communicate the vision of the ministry and
church participation in a very practical and effective way.
This was done on a daily basis by meeting with pastors and leaders on a
one on one basis. Tim explained Church participation material to the
pastor and signed them up for participation. The material explained

bringing awareness to their churches by means of announcements and

playing videos. Signing up volunteers and handing out material.
Tim was able to bring several hundred churches on board to participate
in the crusade and was able to keep in good relationship and standing
with all of the key and senior pastors.
Tim was responsible for putting together other pre crusade events
which included citywide prayer meetings and church rallies. This
included securing the venue, communicating the agendas and
schedules. Ensuring sound, technical and worship for each event.
On many occasions, Tim had to speak in front of larger crowds of leaders
and regular church members. With great confidence and stage presence
Tim is very capable of communicating to his audience the vision of
church participation.
I was able to dialogue and communicate with Tim on a daily basis by
means of e-mail, conference calls and texting. He wrote and prepared
reports of his weekly job progress as well as keep his time and mileage
sheets.
Tim had the ability to identify key people who where able to form a
crusade committee. Tim was able to help manage the committee team
on the ground and give direction. He was very capable of setting up
committee meetings and arranging working lunches.
Tim's warm and friendly personality causes people to love him and build
confidence in him. Tim always present's himself in a very professional
way in character and dress.

Tim is a team player and is able to work well with his colleges and peers.
He understands and submits well to authority. He is a mature believer
who loves God and is a wonderful and strong family man.
Tim is a hard and committed worker which sees the task at hand and is
willing to see it through to the end.
I highly recommend Pastor Tim Marshick for any position that requires
pastoral leadership, event organizing, training, leading outreaches,
groups, and teams.
Attached is a document displaying the mammoth task it took to bring
together several hundred churches of all denominations for a successful
soul winning event.
