I take pride and pleasure in celebrating our 41st Foundation day. It is a day to
reckon with and to commend ourselves for the undoubting spirit, courage of
conviction, commitment to the ideals of the BNHS culture enrooted in
nationalism which has always been a fountain of inspiration for all of us. And
on this auspicious day, we rededicate our commitment to strive for oneness
one vision, one direction, one BNHS.
Each year lays the foundation for ideas in the year to come. The coming year is
defining and significant, and we are prepared to take on the challenges of the
world outside the cocoon of school life. Our endeavor will be to continue to
improve the quality of our school system, increase our standards in all aspects,
identify core strengths and prioritize goals and work on them.
My heart is filed with joy and excitement as I see so many distinguished alumni
of Bidduang National High School. Every alumni homecoming is traditionally a
time of togetherness and sharing of stories and memories. This years alumni
homecoming promises to be most exciting and rewarding as different members
of the different batches from 19__ to 20__ comes back again to BNHS, to relive
once again the memories of their stay in this institution.
As I look around and see faces from different generations, I am reminded that
these awesome faces contributed a part of the history of BNHS, I remember
those times when you at your young age started to dream of becoming
:Someone in the future, and right now, I see those dreams becoming a reality.
From students who wanted to make a contribution, now, youve turned out to
be professionals whos making a difference in your own chosen careers. It is
just proper to say that for 41 years, our beloved institution has drawn young
men and women from all parts of Luzon and we have sent forth alumni who
carry BNHSs spirit with them as they pursue their lives and careers in
different parts of the country and abroad No matter what batch you belong to,
we are very proud that you are a product of this institution.
This years foundation with its theme: BNHS : Synergism in Action for
Development, is an opportunity for us to rekindle our passion in making
BNHS a better educational institution. Let us not be Okay with Okay. If we
want to leave footprints in the sands of time, let us not drag our feet. We have
to walk in oneness with determination and confidence. And the footprints will
automatically form. With our undivided efforts, Im in faith that BNHS will
continue to soar high and will be able to achieve more! Let us then reflect on
our shared values and ideals that bind us together in building a long-lasting
legacy that will make us proud being a member of the Bidduang National High
School family..
On this day of celebration, I welcome you all with open heart.
