kept in a separate area.

When stock is not available, sale assistant create a
backorder from a regional warehouse.
Stock that has been backordered for collection from the
store is held in separate area.
Store manager is advised for its arrival.
Products will then either be delivered direct from the
regional warehouse to customers home address, or to the
store for collection.
