Two Design option were shown. One with wooden

louver screen with wooden window frame at the front
side. Another one was with metal perforated sheet
used as a screen. The window frame both front and
side elevations will be white color.

Roof top design with material, railing, planter and

shades position were presented. Land owner before
the meeting asked to add more green space at the
front eastside.

Swimming pool area 3D image were shown, material,

wooden deck position, pool side outer screen with
vegetation were shown, light weight wooden shade
over the lift machine room were also shown.

Ground floor main entry door will be made with frame

less glass and the height will be full height (10 or
more). 6 depth aluminum frame section shown in the
meeting as well.

SPL P&C will coordinate with the glass

vendor to make it
possible.
