The difference between both of drawing is the detail of layout drawing. Wheatstone
layout drawing has details on the support size and bending process method for
equipment. Whereas, the FLNG 1101 layout drawing did not have the details as

Since our product, HVAC system for oil and gas platform which is
different between another production company it require a
consistent and improvement for quality of ways of working. Thus, it
will need continuous learning. Mentor-mantee is one of a method
that suitable to use;
1. New worker will be attached with senior worker.
2. Senior worker will evaluate the performance of new worker.
3. Any suggestion or comment will be submitted to the management
for improvement of worker or the training program.

5.10 Control
1. Centralization for information of project progress in
fabrication department and inter-department in Dynac Sdn
Bhd.
2. Analysis and improvement in term of resources in order to
ensure the fabrication process and progress going smoothly.
3. Continuous assessment on quality and viability of workers
and an award may be gifted to the chosen worker based on
their performance.

Area of
Improvements
Area of Improvements
For AHU (Air Handling Unit) ;
1. Inspection request for QA/QC inspector for the equipment
during and after complete the process ;
To increase awareness about quality of work among the worker.
2. Implementation of mentor-mantee program ;
To increase the understanding of process flow of AHU system.
To ensure the worker are able to work without high observation
by supervisor.
Area of Improvements-cont
For ACCU (Air Condensing Cooling Unit) ;
1. Inspection request for QA/QC inspector for the equipment
during and after complete the process ;
To increase awareness about quality of work among the
worker.
2. Implementation of mentor-mantee program ;
To increase the understanding of process flow of ACCU
system.
To ensure the worker are able to work without high
observation by supervisor.
Area of Improvements-cont
For CNC (Computer Numerical Control) machine ;
1. Do the monthly maintenance for CNC machine ;
To ensure that any potential for machine brake down can
be prevented.
Ducting & Damper ;
1. Implementation for work order instruction ;
