Orchestra Experience

11.00am-1.00pm Auditorium
Join members of the Piccadilly Symphony for an onstage
orchestral extravaganza. Open to players of all orchestral
instruments, play parts from pre-grade 1 to grade 4-5
so that everybody can play their part in a massed
performance of Beethovens resounding Symphony No.5
and Stravinskys beautiful Firebird Suite some of the
BBCs Ten Pieces shown to primary schools nationally
this year.

Enjoy a Southern style menu suitable for the whole family


from Stalls Caf Bar.

Non-players can drop in to the Auditorium on Choir Circle


level to see a rehearsal in progress, or to cheer the players
on!

A relaxed concert for people with special educational
needs and their families. Taking place in our second
space, this is a performance where the audience is free
to move, take part and respond to top quality live music
in their own unique style. All spaces and activities
throughout the day are fully accessible*, so stay after
the performance and explore for as long as you wish!
*some areas visited by tours are accessible only by 2 flights of stairs

Symphony Orchestra, playing popular film tunes from
movies across the generations.

The McCrary Sisters

Musical Bunting

The Sisters have long been the go-to gospel singers in


Music City, featured heavily on Buddy Miller and Patty
Griffins spiritual albums as well as singing with Dr John,
Bob Dylan, The Mavericks, Solomon Burke, Bonnie Prince
Billy and a huge host of other top-tier roots, soul, gospel
and Americana artists.

afternoon, enjoy live musical storytelling for audiences of

Add your favourite instrument to a string of musical
bunting, which well display at the Hall in our new season.

Stall Foyer
Mini-tours of the building take you deep down to our
weird undercroft, where springs protect the music
from the sounds of the city outside; backstage to artists
changing areas, and into the main auditorium, where
youll see the stage being set up for the evening concert
and learn how a performance comes together.
