Did my monday routine chest and bicep, this


week adding more weight to increase muscle
size and keep to increase my strenght.
did my Tuesday routine shoulders and
Trapeze, more weight, therefore I can insrease
muscle size and strenght.
Had a meeting with year 12 and 13 to
organize which activity their doing, I am doing
the projects, he sentences in cursive are the
task set each class, which were completed.
Thursday routine back and triceps, more
weight to increase strenght.
Normal routine to do fridays legs,new
exercises and more weight to keep increasing
muscle size and weight.
Went with Esteban Guevara to do voluntary
dog walk at 3pm in neighborhoods in

make a polygonal portrait in photoshop to
paint with oleo in a canvas.

research on photoshop I am starting my art
proyect based on polygons using photoshop
