Real Estate and Development: Real Estate and Development Leader


REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Quality Assurance: Franchise Business Consultant


The Menchies Franchise Business Consultant is responsible for the store level execution of Menchies
operational standards including: quality, cleanliness, service, execution and compliance. Franchise Business
Consultants will be assigned territories across States and will be evaluated on their overall performance
focusing on several factors including: evaluation scores, store performance, and overall store AUVs.
Franchise Business Consultants are expected to spend 80% of their time performing field level work directly
with individual stores conducting operations evaluations or business reviews. The Franchise Business
Consultant is expected to be an expert in all Menchies operating standards.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
Responsible for ensuring system-wide uniformity, adoption and adaptation of Menchies programs, operational
standards and procedures in all locations, specifically within their assigned area. This is accomplished through
prompt and effective follow up on all Menchies Operations Evaluations with both onsite visits and follow up
calls to the franchisee. 80% of the Franchise Business Consultants time will be spent in stores working with
Franchise Owners, Operators and Team Members.
Lives and promotes the Menchies culture and values in all their interactions.
Conducts in-store operations evaluation using a standardized balanced scorecard.
Conducts regularly scheduled Business Reviews with all Franchise Owners in their area using a standardized
review process. Franchise Consultant and Franchise Owners work together to complete a comprehensive
Business Review designed to help the Franchise Owners fully implement the Menchies Business Model in their
stores.
Assists with projects, tests, etc. Franchise Consultant is responsible for managing the assistance into their
work plan and meeting the specified timeline.
Assists Franchise Owners to implement Local Store Marketing activities.
Required to effectively and efficiently report on their activities and events within their area by participating in
regular conference calls, meetings and other forums.
Conducts in-store and/or market training sessions in support of new products, limited time offers, new
programs, new procedures, etc.
Maintain confidentiality as specified by The Menchies Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure Agreement.
Responsible for managing their time and schedule so as to effectively and efficiently complete all required
tasks and activities within their territory to achieve the desired result within the scheduled timeline.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Years of Experience: Minimum 5 years multi-unit leadership experience.
Significant restaurant management experience and P&L accountability is required.
Experience working with and supporting Franchisees is a decidable plus.
Ability to work independently and across various time periods (nights, weekends, holidays).
Willingness to work extended hours when required to accomplish specific task
Excellent project, planning and time management skills
Ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams towards a common goal.
Well versed in Local Store Marketing techniques.
Solid written and very strong verbal communication skills including delivery of group presentations.
Ability to motivate a group into action, delegate tasks and outline directions.
Ability to influence and lead the implementation of systems and procedures under tight deadlines.
Precise attention to detail and ability to follow instructions (written and verbal) is essential.

Food Operations: Food Operations Specialist


The Food Operations Specialist primary role is to support the implementation of food innovations and manage
food programs. You must be passionate about food, testing, and implementing in-store operating procedures.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
Lead and /or assist food testing products
Work with franchise owners, vendors, and various departments to implement food innovations
Travel to stores to teach, implement, and follow up on results
Develop reports, data base progress, create presentations, and manage results
Help create standard operating procedures for new food products
Assist Senior Director of Food Operations with any other food operation related tasks
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Food Operations: Educator


The Educators primary role is to organize, direct, and execute all corporate training programs.
This person should be results driven and have proven success in the training field. We are looking for someone
who is passionate about education and has invested their time gaining training knowledge.
Educators are stationed in our headquarters office, but spend approximately 50% of their time in the field
assisting Franchisees in opening stores. Their store opening duties cover the entire system including
international markets. The other 50% of their time is spent leading new Franchisee education and developing
education materials. The individual should enjoy being in restaurants and understand the importance of handson training.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for providing brand-specific training support and services to assist in the achievement of
organizational and brand goals and objectives
Lead and /or assist in the delivery of various training programs for new and existing Franchisees
Travel 50% of the time to open new stores across the U.S. and international
Serve as primary project manager and interface between the Franchisor and the Franchisee during
construction through opening
Develop educational materials including manuals and job aids
Assist in overseeing all operations of company owned training store
Strategize training plans that will drive service excellence and support brand initiatives
Execute brand-specific programs to enable the achievement of key operations
Conduct field training programs as needed
