International Inspection Services; United Arab Emirates: From August 2005 till date:
Company appointed Level III, Training and certification of INSPEC NDT personnel, Preparation of
procedures for various Gas and Petroleum projects, structural items, Petroleum refineries etc.
Witnessing ASME procedure demonstration and participating ASME audits and joint review with
various ASME team leaders on behalf of different Clients.

Pressure vessel inspection on various projects in accordance with API 510 Inspection Code:
Lamprell Energy-Sharjah client Gulf Drilling Company 14 vessels including air receivers during
2010.
Abu Dhabi Company Onshore oil Operation (ADCO) Pressure vessel inspection RA-CCP & DY-CCP
shutdown 60 Vessels including desalters, oily water separators, reboilers, columns, slug catchers
heat exchangers etc. during 2010 -2011.

NDT Level III service for ASME Div 1 & 2 pressure vessels in at least 80 ASME BPV & B31
pressure piping coded fabrication shops for Pressure Vessels, piping etc. Appointed NDE Level
III for at least 60 ASME approved manufacturers all over UAE.

Preparation of procedures, witnessing, evaluating and reporting of NDE activities complying with the
requirements of PED 97/23 EC and in accordance with various EN standards e. g. PD 5500, EN
15614, EN 1435, EN 1714, 1712, 1713, EN 5950, EN 14015, EN 287, EN 288, EN 462, EN 571, EN
1290, 1291, ISO 9934, ISO 17636 etc.

NDT, hardness, micro-structural analysis. Job responsibilities include site activities, analysing results
and final reporting with recommendations.

Assessment of Water Hammer effect on Main steam piping at DEWA Jebel Ali power station by
combination of various NDT, hardness, micro-structural analysis. Job responsibilities include site
activities, analysing results and final reporting with recommendations.

Pipeline Integrity assessment of Fuel oil, steam, compressed air, fire water piping at Dubai
Aluminium Company by combination of various NDT, hardness, micro-structural analysis. Job
responsibilities include site activities, analysing results and final reporting with recommendations.

made of X-20 material, Cold Reheat & Hot Reheat line, Boiler Feed Discharge line etc. at CESC Ltd,
Budge Budge Generating Station , W. B in the year 1995-96.

Performed Ultrasonic testing of Cylinders and other parts of 12 MW Diesel generators at various
plants in Delhi, Mumbai, Haryana and Orissa under inspection from Mahle GmBH, Stuttgart and MAN
B&W, Augsberg, Germany in the year 1997-99.

Carried out the Life Assessment Study and Design calculations of Boiler and Turbine of 120 MW, 50
MW, and 15 MW units at Amarkantak Thermal Power Station, Korba Thermal Power Station,
Harduaganj Thermal power Station and many others. Also performed and carried out non-destructive
testing in connection with the above job at those Stations in the year 1998-2000 on behalf of
National Metallurgical Laboratory, Jamshedpur and MECON Ltd. Ranchi.

Developed and made procedures for Ultrasonic Testing of axles of moving heavy equipment (ladle
car, hot metal car, steel & slag transfer car etc.) at TATA Iron & Steel Co. Ltd. Jamshedpur, India.

Made procedures & supervised NDT of Main Steam & Hot Reheat Line of 2 x 500 MW Boiler at NTPC,
Simhadri, Andhra Pradesh, India undra inspection from Bharat Heavy Electricals Ltd, NTPC and
Mannesman Sciffert, Germany.

Publishing papers for different seminars on NDT & RLA studies of highly Stressed components. Also
attending different seminars on NDT and its applications.
