Facility Rental Fact Sheet

All Banquet Rooms Combine Facility Rental Rates:

Friday Evening Rental: $1,500.00 plus current sales tax
Saturday Evening Rental: $2,500.00 plus current sales tax
Sunday - Thursday Evening Rental: $1,000.00 plus current sales tax

Individual Rooms Facility Rental Rates:

Availability of Individual Rooms on Saturdays will be subject to approval of Starmount Management

Approximate Times: (Morning 4:00pm):

Dining Room 1: $150.00 plus current sales tax
Dining Room 2: $250.00 plus current sales tax
Board Room: $100.00 plus current sales tax
Star Room: $250.00 plus current sales tax
Ballroom: $500.00 plus current sales tax

Approximate Times: (6:00pm Midnight):

Dining Room 1: $200.00 plus current sales tax
Dining Room 2: $350.00 plus current sales tax
Board Room: $150.00 plus current sales tax
Star Room: $350.00 plus current sales tax
Ballroom: $1,000.00 plus current sales tax

The Facility Rental Includes:

Chosen Room: Ballroom, Star Room, Dining Room 1, Dining Room 2, Board Room
Round Tables for Seating
o Sizes are 60 Round (8-10 seats) and 72 Round (10-12 seats)
o Six and Eight foot tables are available for uses with buffets and display tables
House Chairs & House White Linens (Upgraded Linens are available for an additional fee)
The Set up and Breakdown labor for your event is built into the 20% Service Charge that will be
added to all of your Food and Beverage Charges
Time Allotted for Use of Included Banquet Spaces:
o For a daytime event you are given use of the facility for five hours. For an evening event you
are given use of the facility for six hours. This counts from the beginning start time that your
guests arrive to when the event has ended. Prior to the start time of your event you will be
given two hours of set up time in the space for you and your vendors. If our banquet space is
not being used before these specified times you are more than welcome to begin set up at an
earlier time once approved by management.
*The quoted facility rental fee will be due upon the request to guarantee a hold on a specific date. The fee is
non-refundable upon payment.

Event Payment
Payment
Two Weeks Prior to the Date of your event: If there is no member sponsor for your event a full payment for the
estimated charges is due along with a credit card to guarantee an overage from the estimate. If the actual bill for your
event is more than the estimated charges you will have 2 Weeks to finalize payment for the overage. If the actual bill
is less than the estimated charges a check will be issued the week after the event has taken place and will be available
for pick up or sent in the mail at your preference. If there is a member sponsor for your event the final bill will be held
on their Starmount Member Account and the payment is due within two weeks of invoice receipt.
Accepted Forms of Payment: Cash and Checks are readily accepted. Use of a Credit Card for Payment will add a
3% Fee to the total bill. We accept VISA, MasterCard and Discover.
