requirement laws
To keep all the building and related records up to date
To assist in preparing building, classrooms, office and laboratory

To conduct regular inspections of the university grounds
To supervise junior staff in the department
To perform any other duties assigned by ones superiors.

Remuneration

Successful candidate will be offered a competitive package and


benefits in accordance to his/her qualifications and experience, as
per CUHAS Scheme of Service.
