TUBE BENDER

Introduction:A.K.I hand tube benders provide consistent ,high-quality bends in tubing made from materials that
can be used with A.K.I tube fittings.

Features:. The hand tube bender is available in 1/4, 5/16, 3/8, and1/2 in., as well as 6, 8, 10, and 12 mm
tubing sizes.
.Handle design provides enhanced leverage for bends greater than 90.
.Roll dies reduce bending force and tube ovality, as compared to conventional slide block design.
.1 to 180 bending range.

Introduction:The standard series Pipe clamps are designed according to DIN 3015 - Part - 1 available in Plastic,
Aluminum clamp bodies with Steel / S. S. plates & bolts standard series Pipe - tube clamps are
normally used for general Purpose applications & the W.P. range up to 1500 PSI (100 BAR) in the
Steel / stainless steel Piping System. Standard series pipe - tube clamps are available along with
Multilayer, welding plates, rail nuts, construction types, rubber inlay types & many more

TUBE CLAMPS HEAVY SERIES

Introduction:Heavy series Pipe clamps are designed according to DIN 3015 - Part - 2 available in Plastic, Aluminum
clamp bodies with Steel / S.S. plates & bolts
Heavy series Pipe - Tube clamps are normally used for general Purpose applications & the W.P. range
more than 1500 PSI (100 BAR) and up to 8000 psi (600 BAR) in the Steel / stainless steel Piping
System.
Heavy series pipe - tube clamps are available along with Multilayer, welding plates, rail nuts,
construction types, rubber inley types & many more.

TUBE CLAMPS TWIN SERIES

Introduction:Twin Series clamps are designed to clamp two identical Pipe - tube to the Piping Systems. Twin series
clamps are available in Sizes from 6 MM od up to 42 MM od. Twin Series clamps are capable to resist
W.P. up to 1500psi (100 Bar) in the Piping Systems.
Twin Series clamps are designed with thick plates & heavy bolts to resist High Pressure Piping
Application Twin Series clamps are available in Plastic - PP / PA (6) with Steel & stainless steel Plates
& bolts.
Twin Series pipe - tube clamps are available along with Multilayer, welding plates, rail nuts,
construction types, rubber inlay types & many more.
