The H cranes
The H crane series consists of the 26 H and 32 H models.
Hydraulics make handling of the H cranes simple. Hydraulic
rams on the tower and the jib move the H crane to its working
position in no time at all. The folding tower has fully tightwelded solid walls.
The patented EDC slewing gear and the powerful hoist gear
assemblies are impressive for their performance and reliability.
H cranes feature the practical 160 obstruction-avoidance
angle and the 20 raised-jib working angle.

The TT crane
The 32 TT fast-erecting crane offers seven different jib lengths,
operator-selected load moments and three hook heights. This
crane also features the 20 raised-jib working angle.
The 32 TT crane has a double telescopic action, can be
moved to its working position in a matter of minutes and
ballasted by just one person using the ballasting equipment.
This crane has a simple wind protection system and can be
driven into very narrow gaps on site even while erected.
The 32 TT is also available on crawler tracks as 32 TTR.

The K cranes
The K series range of the fast-erecting crane programme has
various working radii and hook heights as well as simple and
low-maintenance erecting kinematics by means of ropes.
The K series cranes can be transported on the road as a
complete ready-to-use unit. They need very little erecting
space. With fast climbing equipment, the complete tower
segments on the 34 K to 120 K.1 cranes can be installed
quickly and easily and the hook height adjusted to suit the
construction-site situation.
The 65 K and 81 K are equipped with the pure double-reeved
version SPEED2LIFT re-reeving is thus no longer needed. All
loads can be lifted at the maximum possible speed.

The HM cranes
The 13 HM.1 and 22 HM mobile fast-erecting cranes feature
hydraulic erecting kinematics and are therefore very easy, fast
and safe to erect.
The integrated tandem axles for high mobility at speeds of
up to 80 km/h and extreme manoeuvrability on small
construction sites.
The entire erecting process can be carried out by one person.
HM cranes feature the practical 160 obstruction-avoidance
angle and the 20 raised-jib working angle. The 22 HM also
offers the 40 super-raised working angle.

The R cranes
For use on difficult terrain, the 32 TTR, 42 KR.1, 81 KR and
120 KR.1 cranes are available on crawler tracks. These fasterecting cranes with crawler-track undercarriage are noted
for their outstanding mobility and therefore their exceptional
economy. The crawler track undercarriage incorporates
know-how from three Liebherr companies.
Top-slewing cranes on crawler tracks are also available on
request. Due to their crawler-track undercarriage, R cranes
offer high mobility on site and across rough terrain.

The MK cranes
MK series mobile construction cranes combine the mobility
of a classic mobile crane with the functional advantages of
a tower crane. MK cranes are designed for one-man, pushbutton assembly and can be used as taxi cranes for numerous
applications each day.
These mobile construction cranes feature a modern auto
crane chassis, which guarantees optimum manoeuvrability.
Electronic travel programmes are available for manoeuvring.
Active rear axle steering is another useful bonus on the mobile
construction cranes. These mobile cranes are also fitted with
the 45 super-raised working angle.

The EC-B cranes

The EC-B Flat-Top crane series with no tower heads comprises
well-staggered models from 71 mt to 1000 mt.
Liebherr works consistently on developing modular systems
for simple, practical and quick assembly, which take into
account the relevant safety aspects. The customer
benefits from many simplifications, such as the quick-connection
system for jib and counter-jib, new LiConnect jib connection
system, a removable, pin-down crane cab, pin magazines and
electric plug connections to the drive units and switchgear.

The EC-H cranes

The EC-H cranes are built in the sizes 132 to 1000 mt.
EC-H cranes are economical to transport, quick and easy to
assemble and feature innovative drivelines. High-performance
drives manufactured in-house by Liebherr achieve high load
handling capacities. These cranes are powerful enough for
medium to large construction projects.
Through top-class innovative technology, FR.tronic and
Litronic tower cranes of the EC-H series set new standards
in efficiency. EC-H Litronic cranes offer up to 20 % higher
load capacities at the touch of a button.

The HC cranes
The HC series includes 9 large cranes from 1,250 to 5,000 mt.
HC cranes are designed for very high hook heights and very
large working radii. These cranes can also carry heavy loads.
HC cranes are available with working radii of up to 100 metres
and lifting capacities of up to 100 tonnes as standard.

The HC-L cranes

The luffing-jib models in the HC-L crane series have been
designed for work on particularly high buildings or in extremely
restricted spaces.
Programmable logic control (PLC) enables the operator to
move the load horizontally on a luffing-jib crane in the same
way as on a top-slewing tower crane with a trolley jib.
These luffing-jib cranes can avoid any obstruction and slew
through 360 with the load suspended from the hook. They
offer special advantages on small construction sites with
several cranes and overlapping work areas thanks to their
small slewing radius and raised jib angle from 15 to 70 even
when shut down.

The Derrick crane

The 200 DR 5/10 Litronic derrick crane was conceived as
a specialist disassembly crane for stripping down cranes
on tall buildings, bridge pylons and telecommunication
towers. The dimensions and weights of all individual parts on
the new crane are therefore designed to enable them to be
dismantled with the aid of a very small hoist and removed via
lift shafts in buildings.
The 200 DR 5/10 Litronic derrick crane can easily disassemble tower cranes in the 300 mt load-capacity category and
above.
