Diagnosis and analysis of the situation environmental NGOs, support, coaching and training:
Diagnosis in order to identify the leaders NGO in the environment which could be effectively involved and integrated to the
project Environment Energy - PEE. Project funded by the EU.
Establishing a typology and defining of the criteria eligibility for the selection of NGOs.
Providing a customized support and a coaching session for the selected NGOs in several fields: the how to identify a project
(as the participatory approach and logical framework), who to write a funding request according to the requirements of
donors and who to implement it and succeed its management.
The PEE is concerning all the environmental institutions with mainly the Ministry and its agencies (ANPE APAL ANGED, ONAS
CITET) but also the NGOs themselves and their networks which could be formed.
