HEART BREATHING INTRO

I am now going to share something very special with you that I quite simply call Heart-
Breathing. This is a very simple technique which is based on hard science. If you will recall
I previously related some science to you back in the "Expanding Thought and Feeling -
Taking 100% Responsibility" section. This was regarding the science of the heart and the
HRV (Heart Rate Variability) measurement and waveform.

The Institute of HeartMath has been a leader in pioneering this type of scientific research
for many years. They have developed a number of techniques which they train people to
use that take advantage of the power of the heart to entrain your entire physiology to a
coherent HRV waveform. If you will recall, a coherent HRV is only possible when the
individual being monitored is in a state of love, compassion, caring, forgiveness, non-
judgement and so forth. Therefore using techniques that result in a more coherent HRV
somewhat reverse engineer these states of consciousness, and it truly works.

I was trained in the HeartMath techniques and certified to take people through their Voyage
to Heart Intelligence program some years ago. I worked with their program with clients for
awhile. However, the Institute of HeartMath is working primarily in the corporate, medical,
educational, military and law enforcement arenas. They have thus designed their programs
in such a way as to address these communities with a professional approach.

This is a wonderful thing they have done as it is badly needed. I found that the presentation
of their program was difficult for me personally because I do not come from a corporate or
mainstream background and most of the people that are drawn to my work don't either, or
when they do, they are usually looking for something a bit different in vibration than what
they have been used to.

I therefore discontinued my use of the official HeartMath programs with my clients and
instead I now offer the same basic techniques by a different name, but, with a few extra
twists here and there and without some of the things I found to not be helpful.

Heart Breathing is what I call the basic technique I am teaching people. This technique has
five basic modes it can be used in:

C Intervention
C Prevention
C Deep Meditation
C Heart Sending
C Heart Receiving

In Intervention you use Heart Breathing on the fly to arrest a downward spiral and put
yourself back into an ascending spiral of coherence. For example suppose you are driving

along in traffic and someone cuts you off. You have a survival response triggered and
make a quick correction to avoid the collision. The avoidance of the collision was possible
only because of your primal brain. It has the ability to momentarily hijack your entire
physiological system in times of emergency. It would not have been possible for you to
avoid the collision if you had to think about what to do first. The primal brain instead
hijacked the signal traveling between your sensory nerves from eyes, ears etc, and
perceiving the danger it set a whole host of physiological responses into action. This is also
called the fight or flight response.

One of the effects of these responses is a shift in the hormonal balance in your body. Your
body secretes significant amounts of adrenaline and cortisol when in the fight or flight
response mode. These are hormones considered to be on the "negative" hormonal axis by
HeartMath. They have a constructive purpose in the body of course, but they are not
meant to be continually secreted thus maintaining high levels of these hormones in your
system for long periods of time. When this occurs they produce destructive negative health
effects well known to many people as the result of excessive stress.

So now you have just avoided that collision and you are pumped up with adrenaline and
cortisol and your HRV is much less coherent. These hormones have a half-life of about 12
hours, in other words they will be in your system for that long before they breakdown
altogether and dissipate. The problem is, whatever hormonal state the body is in tends to
self-perpetuate. You can see this demonstrated because you are now all keyed-up and
much more likely to be triggered into a fight or flight reaction or response again, but with
much less of a trigger. Each time this happens you have more adrenaline and cortisol being
pumped into your system and you get more keyed-up and you are now in what HeartMath
refers to as a vicious cycle.

This is where our Heart Breathing technique as an Intervention comes into play. Once you
have learned this technique (I will actually teach it to you in Part II of the Master Key) you
can simply employ it right there on the spot while you are still driving away from the scene
of the near-collision and start immediately shifting your HRV back towards coherence. As
you do so your physiology starts to produce two other hormones which are DHEA and
acetylcholine. DHEA is widely considered to be the well-being hormone and the fountain
of youth, while acetylcholine is the primary relaxation hormone.

You will still have the adrenaline and cortisol in your system, but you will also have two
other hormones present which can offset their effects. If you are effective with your Heart
Breathing you will be able to shift your HRV back into coherence and produce enough
DHEA and acetylcholine to place yourself into the positive hormonal axis. Once you do,
this hormonal state will now predominate and start to self-perpetuate. This means you will
have pulled out of the potential nose-dive and will now be able to be more loving,
compassionate, kind, caring and forgiving. Now the rest of your day has a new start point
and is going in the right direction to bring you health, happiness and a deeply profound
spirituality.

The Prevention mode is much the same as Intervention except that you use it prior to
engaging events or activities that are known to cause you to feel stressed. An example
would be that you have a phone call to make to a relative that always gives you a hard
time. You use Heart Breathing prior to that call, and throughout the call as need be, and
you will come away from that call with an entirely different kind of experience than you
would otherwise. When you employ Heart Breathing prior to the call you are increasing
your level of coherence and thus your ability to be able to stay clear of having your buttons
pushed.

If one of your buttons does get pushed you will be in a better place to shift back towards
coherence by using the Heart Breathing as an intervention on the spot even as you are still
engaged in the phone conversation. The Prevention and the Intervention modalities are
mutually supportive and when used together like this you attain more than the sum of the
two parts in terms of coherence.

In Deep Meditation mode you set time aside like you would with any other meditation and
make sure that you cannot be disturbed. You employ the Heart Breathing technique and
you keep working with it for a sustained period of time, usually between 10-30 minutes or
even longer. This is the only meditation I do now, it has replaced everything else I used
to do which makes life so much simpler, and simplicity is good.

There will come a point where you will reach what I call a quantum state of coherence. I will
describe this more in Part II when I teach you the technique. Once this occurs you have
enormous amounts of power to be able to send out positive healing or manifestational
intentions and energy. In fact, just becoming somewhat more coherent without even hitting
the quantum state is of great benefit to your positive healing intentions and energies, health
and wellbeing. The reason is that when you are coherent your heart and your mind are
operating not only at peak efficiency and optimal performance, but they are also operating
as a synchronized team. Intention is generated at the level of mind, but it needs the
enormous electromagnetic power of the heart to actually manifest that intention on the
material plane. There have been experiments conducted by HeartMath that have
demonstrated this principle in operation. When the heart is coherent its power is available.

You can therefore quite effectively send healing intentions to some part of your own body
or emotions, or to someone else or a world situation when you are coherent and especially
when you are in the quantum state of coherence while in the Deep Meditation mode of
Heart Breathing. This is where you move from the Deep Meditation modality into the Heart
Sending modality. Heart Sending requires the Deep Meditation modality as a pre-requisite.

The last mode is Heart Receiving. Heart Receiving can be done from either a short "on the
fly" platform as with Intervention, or from the Deep Meditation modality, or any place in-
between. It is vitally important that we be able to balance Heart Sending with Heart
Receiving. Many of us are great givers but do not open to receive equally in return. The
universe naturally delivers amplified returns to us and we often times without realizing it will

actually expend energy to avoid receiving those returns.

I need to diverge for a moment here and comment on unconditional giving. Giving
unconditionally means to not expect a return through direct exchange from the person or
situation you have given to, or to not try and control what is done by that person after you
have given to them. However, this does NOT mean that you shouldn't get anything in return
because it is a Universal Law that you will indeed be sent a return and it will be amplified.
For starters, when we give we get the good feeling of giving, that is the start of our return
and it is a rapid return and it should be all that we need to feel happy with our giving. There
is also a longer term return and we need to realize that this is always the case and that we
will not know how or when it will return to us, we just need to know it WILL. The return
could come in another lifetime, or tomorrow!

Therefore with unconditional giving we need to be fully open to the sense that there will be
a return, but not motivated by that longer term return, we give for the sake of giving and the
short term return of the good feeling that is generated within us. This is not giving to get
prestige or honor amongst our peers, or giving to be able to tell everyone about how much
we have given, it is a silent and private inner affair that is between us, God-Spirit-Source
and the recipient. This is best practiced in very private situations with the commitment to
not tell a soul about it. This will cultivate the correct feeling and spiritual alignment and once
we have developed strength in this regard we will then have opportunity to give in less
concealed ways and not be drawn off of our platform of unconditionality and true power.

In order to truly receive returns from others we need to be able to receive them in our
hearts. A coherent heart is the only heart that is both open to giving unconditionally and
also to receiving unconditionally. One great way to practice Heart Receiving is when you
are in a conversation with someone. HeartMath calls this technique "Authentic Listening."
Usually when we are listening to someone speak we are thinking about what they are
saying and formulating our response. When we are engaged in this manner we are really
not present in that conversation, we are in our minds not our hearts.

If you instead use the Heart Breathing technique, and you just open your heart to receive
the entire communication the other person offers, you will be surprised at what you can pick
up. We communicate on many different levels, not just verbally. By opening our hearts and
receiving the total communication from the other person; body language, tonal inflections,
energetic emotional signals, telepathic mental signals, the electromagnetic field emanating
from their heart, biochemical signals and so forth all can be processed through the
mainframe computer, your heart brain. Often times when using this technique it is possible
to hear what the person really wants or needs to communicate even though it is never
spoken.

Many times people have difficulty getting in touch with their deeper feelings and get
frustrated and angry when they try to communicate something and simply are not able to.
They will then often project their anger and frustration onto the listener because "they don't

get it." If, however, the listener is in a coherent state practicing Heart receiving techniques
to bring in the total communication from that other person they likely will be able to
understand what the person is needing and address that in some way even if it was not
addressed verbally by the person. I have seen this work magic many times over, where the
person just immediately moves in the direction I am speaking to because that is what they
know they need on a deeper level and they let go of everything else they were talking
about.

This is therefore a very good technique to use when listening to others speak. As I
previously stated it is also very good for practicing being open to Heart Receiving from
others while in a coherent state. Another way this Heart Receiving technique can be
utilized is to practice truly receiving the compliments of others without feeling guilty for
doing so, or that you somehow want to avoid the attention, or any sense of gloating, or
embarrassment, or any of the thousand other emotions that can arise when we are being
praised in some way.

Our objective here is to remain fairly neutral -- yet open, gracious and receptive. If we are
truly coherent and in Heart Receiving mode we will actually not feel much of anything other
than a very smooth flow of energy entering our being without any turbulent emotional
movement good or bad. A balanced gratitude will be the expression that emerges from this
place. This is not a gratitude that begs for more, it is a simple and humble gratitude that
acknowledges the other person and the gift they have given us.

By practicing the Heart Receiving technique in these ways we open a larger door. We
balance our field so that when the Universe returns to us for good deeds in the past we are
in the proper state to receive them graciously. When the Universe returns to us for negative
deeds, we are in state to bring that energy into balance to be transmuted. This is thus one
of the keys to resolving past karma.

HEARTH BREATHING INSTRUCTION

I will start the main section of Part II of the Master Key by now teaching you the Heart
Breathing technique I discussed earlier. Keep in mind that we have the golden tetrahedron
connecting us together with the Merkabah of the Host and the Master Isho'a. These
Illumined and Radiant Beings will be enhancing your experience today to help you achieve
more than would be possible on your own to accelerate your ability to integrate the
vibrational keys and codes of the Master Key within your cellular consciousness.

We start the Heart Breathing technique by focusing all of our attention upon our heart
chakra. Many people find it helpful at first to lightly touch their fingers to their heart chakra
to help them focus their attention there.

Focusing your attention on your heart chakra is not the same thing as thinking about it. If
you can recall a time when you were in a beautiful place in nature and you were keenly
focused on some particular aspect of the scene before you, maybe a flower, or bird or
butterfly, and where you were not thinking about what you were focused upon but rather
you were just taking it in and appreciating it. This is the state that you are looking for when
you focus your attention upon your heart chakra for Heart Breathing. If you wind up starting
out having to think about the heart chakra to get focused, that is OK, just realize that there
is more to go and that you have not yet reached your objective.

Now that your attention is focused keenly upon your heart chakra, start slowly and
rhythmically breathing deep into your belly while imagining that you are actually breathing
in and out through your heart chakra. We'll pause and do this together now for about one
minute. Be aware of any sensations you experience physically or emotionally.

OK, what did you experience during this 1 minute of Heart Breathing?

Different people experience different sensations and phenomenon, but it is rare to find
someone that does not experience something they find pleasing to them. Everyone I have
ever taught this to through the years has experienced an increased sense of relaxation
and/or a deepening state of inner peace.

If you experienced increased relaxation and peace as I suspect you have, then this is your
own built-in biofeedback signal. Whatever else you may have experienced that was
desirable during this one minute exercise is also a viable biofeedback signal telling you that
you have in fact just altered your heart's HRV to be more coherent, and that you have
shifted the hormonal balance in your physiology towards the positive hormonal axis thereby
increasing your levels of DHEA and acetylcholine in turn enhancing your health and
wellbeing, which in turn enhance your spirituality and states of higher awareness as well.

This is very powerful because these feelings and sensations you experienced are
scientifically documented to represent actual changes in your physiology that also affect
your psychological and emotional states and thus your consciousness. Always before we
have had to rely on our feelings strictly as subjective information, but now they can be both
subjective and objective with the Heart Breathing technique. In other words, you have a lot
of hard science behind you stating that what you are experiencing with this technique is not
just a figment of your imagination, it is representative of a very real and measurable change
within your physiology.

I suggest that after Part II concludes you re-visit the "Heart Breathing" section in Part I and
work with practicing Heart Breathing in all five modalities: Intervention, Prevention, Deep
Meditation, Heart Sending and Heart Receiving. With a bit of practice you can increase
your baseline level of HRV coherence significantly in a relatively short period of time.

While you are working on practicing to become more effective using this these tools you
get rewarded right from the start with the type of good feelings and phenomenon that you
experienced in our short 1 minute starter exercise. This one simple tool holds an enormous
potential to significantly alter your entire experience of life, but you will need to be dedicated
to practicing it continually all day long every day until it becomes a very beneficial ingrained
habit of its own.

When you use this technique in the Deep Meditation modality, if you will recall you can
reach what I call the quantum state of coherence. You will know this has occurred when
you experience a shift wherein your sense of increasing coherence detaches from the
rhythm of your breath. When this occurs your rapidly expanding state of coherence takes
on a life of its own and you can hold your breath, or breath normally and it still keeps going.
I still like to use the rhythmic breath even so because it seems to just feel a bit better.

Remember, when quantum coherence is reached this is the perfect time to send healing
energy to some part of your own body or emotions, or to someone else or to a world
situation. In fact, doing any amount of Heart Breathing before setting your healing or
manifestational intentions will make a significant difference in the effectiveness of such
intentions even if you do not reach the quantum state.

There is a bit of an esoteric exercise that I am now going to do with you that uses Heart
Breathing to consciously activate what Thoth calls the M-STRA molecule. This is the Divine
Heart Seed and is an energetic structure in the form of a double octahedron. Whenever you
do Heart Breathing the M-STRA molecule is being activated to some degree. However,
when you consciously work to use Heart Breathing for this activation the effect is greatly
amplified.

Get into a comfortable and relaxed position.

Focus all of your attention upon your heart center and start your Heart Breathing.

Deep inside your heart center there is a dim light, like an ember from a fireplace that
burned the evening before. As you breath slowly in and out through your heart chakra this
dim ember is being fanned into a bright white ember. You may feel a burning or a cool
sensation in your heart chakra. This is the M-STRA molecule being activated.

Continue Heart Breathing, making the ember brighter and hotter until it bursts into a bright
white flame. Allow the feeling of this white flame to permeate your entire being, every cell
of your body. Consciously ask all of your cells to open and receive the energy of this flame
and to record it upon their DNA so that you can more easily return to this place each and
every time you use Heart Breathing.

Now, with this flame burning brilliantly within you, you are a flame unto the world illumining
and expanding its most contracted regions wherein they become wisps of living
