"David Christians" - versus- "Saul Christians"

As we know from the story in the Bible, Saul and David were anointed. "Anointed" means "Christian".
1. The "David Christian" is not afraid of the giants. In contrary, he wants to defeat them.
The "Saul Christian" is afraid and wants to dress David with his heavy armour, which is a form of
heavy theological studies and other "requirements". But for the "David Christian" it is too heavy
and he is not used to it and puts it off and goes to meet the giant, simply in the Name of the mighty
Lord.
2. The "Saul Christians" are worried, for the people will leave Saul and join David (2 Samuel 3:1. 1
Chronicles 11:1,9,10, 12:1,18,22,23, 13:2,8, 14:17). They are afraid to lose their own kingdom (1
Samuel 20:30-31, 24:21). They are afraid to lose their ministry and they are jealous. Therefore, the
"Saul Christians" persecute the "David Christians" (1 Samuel 18:9,25,28,29. 19:10,11. 24:11). They
want to shut them down, to make them silent.
3. The "David Christians" destroy the works of the devil (1 John 3:8) much more (1 Samuel 18:7, 29:5).
4. The "Saul Christians" do not go after the Giants, the Amalekites; and do not listen to the voice of God,
but listen to the voice of people, which are their big mistakes (1 Samuel 28:18, 15:18,19,24).
5.

Saul

had

his

kingdom

for

while.

But

then

David

built

up

HIS

Kingdom.

6. Every morning and every evening we, as Christians, can hear the voice of the giant (1 Samuel 17:16), in a
form of troubles in our lives, and so many of us are so afraid (1 Samuel 17:11,24).
BUT we were all created to be more than conquerors (Romans 8:37). The devil puts in our
Christian lives many diseases, family problems, financial problems etc. Are we only able to
shout loud 'the battle cries' (1 Samuel 17:20) in our church buildings? Do we only stand there, doing
nothing, with our heavy helmets on our heads?
NO!!! The Spirit of the living God is in us, we are anointed (1 Samuel 16:13). Why do we have this
great, huge, fantastic anointing? Only that our names would be written in Heaven?
NO!!! It is more than that. Like Jesus, every son of God has the privilege to destroy the works of
the devil (1 John 3:8) and to turn the world upside down (Acts 17:6). Or better to say: "to turn the
world upwards".
Unfortunately, somebody told us, directly or indirectly, that healing is not for today. Somebody
told us that we cannot fight the giants (1 Sam 17:33). We say that we believe the Gospel of Jesus!!!
This is not a weak Gospel. No wonder that the world keeps mocking the Christians, like Goliath
mocked the people of the living God (1 Sam 17:26+36).
7. In the end, all the people of God will join David and are going to be united under HIS Kingdom (of
Jesus) (2 Samuel 3:1. 1 Chronicles 11:1,9,10, 12:1,18,22,23, 13:2,8, 14:17)
8. And all the world will fear God (1 Chronicles 14:17).
Praises to our King Yeshua
