Music Teacher Questionnaire

In preparation for the Dallas 2000 Teachers Convention, a questionnaire was


mailed to many music teachers regarding topics that might be addressed at these
meetings. The idea of gathering helpful responses from all the music teachers at
the convention seemed like a golden opportunity.
We invite all Adventist music teachers to participate, by completing any area of
the following questionnaire where you feel your insight might be helpful to
someone else. There are two ways to return it:

1. Print this questionnaire out. Either print it from your browser, or download

as it will print without the webpage extra information.
2. Type or write in any/all responses requested.

1. Copy this form. With a PC using Windows, this can be done as follows:
Block the entire form by clicking your mouse at the top of the form, then hold it
down and drag the mouse to the bottom to highlight all text. Then depress the
Ctrl and C keys. The text will remain on the screen, but will be saved until
you drop it into a new document.
2. Open an email to eengen@esu10.org. Click this email address and it should
open your email program with the number in the address line. Type MUSIC
TEACHER QUESITONNAIRE in the subject line. Click in the message area.
Then depress the Ctrl and V and the questionnaire should be copied in.
3. Complete the form in your email message area, and send it off.

Music Teacher Questionnaire

In grades K-8, how do you arrive at a music grade?
