KeraMat sleeve couplings type 2B with non-standard
dimensions
To complement our programme of original accessories, we take
pleasure in announcing the introduction of type 2B KeraMat sleeve
couplings in non-standard dimensions, which can be used for
coupling two spigots e.g. when retroactively installing junctions or
exchanging pipe sections. These sleeve couplings are made of a
special rubber-elastomer jointing ring (EPDM) fitted in a stainless steel jacket equipped with turnbuckles. Pipes with the same
internal diameter but different external diameters are fitted with
Keramat compensation elements at the factory. The lower side of
these elements is specially profiled to enhance the efficiency of the
joint.
KeraMat sleeve couplings with non-standard dimensions for pipes
with external diameters in the range of 190 mm to 1999 mm with a
width of 185 mm.

Now you can cover four specific areas of application at once with
just one intelligently constructed component. Until now, four different coupling designs have had to be kept in stock for connecting
normal-strength pipes with extra-strength ones.
