L et’s be brutally honest, everyone on earth seeks

success in accordance to his individual capabilities
and desires.
Anyway, success is not a one step occurrence but many
steps guide to success.
Let’s see the break down above
1. Social Success: Social success can be considered in
the case of a person who is socially successful,
attains respect, influence, dominance and eminence
amongst the friends, family and the society
2. Financial Success: it may be defined as financial or

materialistic achievement which may occur in the form
of a nice paying job, good profession or business.
Further in the breakdown, we see there are certain

“entities” that leads to social as well as financial success.
Scholars, poets and intellectual guys regard these as a
MUST HAVES. Let’s see what they actually are:
Aptitude: Aptitude is the capability or qualification. In

simple words it is “what you are capable of doing
(technically or the way it is supposed to be done.)” It could
come in the form of educational qualification or experience
from a particular field or natural field of interest

Personality: the complex of characteristics

that distinguishes an individual; the totality of an
individual's behavioral and emotional characteristics; a set
of distinctive traits and characteristics.
Personality is the entity that separates the individual.
Personality is the set of traits and characteristics or say
components. The most powerful of these components
(necessary for a powerful personality) are:
Impact: Have a direct effect and let them know the

Man is here! includes powerful first impression
Charm: Being a boring dork is a big time turnoff to

everyone. Being charming refers to the degree you
fascinate the folks
Magnetism: Do people care in the slightest sense if

you’re gone? Let them feel the heat when you’re
around and let the feel the dullness caused by your
absence. Magnetism deals drawing and making them
addicted to your presence
Charisma : Includes the charismatic way of speaking

and body language

Influence: The act or power of producing an effect

without apparent exertion of force or direct exercise of
command. Hell Yeah!
Rapport: The degree of affinity you build.

(Special) Manly Rapport: A rapport like a loyal dog
maybe good for some people, I call those ‘WIMPS’,
being MANLY is the mark here.
Body Language: body pose, body movements, eye

movements, gestures and mannerisms by which a person
or animal communicates with others.
In the recent times there had been (and still going) a great
hype over body language. And the source of the hype is
this:
“It is often said that human communication consists of
93% body language and paralinguistic cues, while only 7%
of communication consists of words themselves” [1]
However, Albert Mehrabian, the researcher whose 1960s

work is the source of these statistics, has stated that this is
a misunderstanding of the findings. Funny part is that
many ‘experts’ still use these stats and terrorize people
regarding body language.

The importantly question is: how relevant is the body

language? I’ll say very important, I wont go into the
statistics (c’mon it doesn’t matter if it affects 93% or 60%
or 70%)
The research mayhem!
Body language had always been a subject to continuous
analysis but different studies show different statistics
though all unanimously agree on the tremendous
importance of body language. I’ll quote some lines I found
over the internet:
It is often said that human communication consists of
93% body language[2]
Research has suggested that between 60 and 70
percent of all meaning is derived from nonverbal
behavior[3]
Some researchers put the level of nonverbal
communication as high as 80 percent[4]
Different studies have found differing amounts, with
some studies showing that facial communication is
believed 4.3 times more often than verbal meaning[4]
Another finding that verbal communication in a flat
tone is 4 times more likely to be understood than a
pure facial expression[4]
A study by Hsee et al dealing with the communication
of happy/sad mood, found that hearing words spoken

in a "flat" voice was about 4 times more influential

than facial expressions seen in a film with no sound[5]
Studies have always shown a deviation from each another
because the researchers generally ‘create’ the backdrop
or review cases with certain environment. This on-going
research and all that sparks a very good basic question
which is:
Question: What does body language actually do?
Answer: It reflects the ‘Actual Man Within’
If you’re talking like a lion and acting like a lamb then most
probably you’ll be the centre of attention (of people’s
jokes.) So, what shall we do?
A very important thing about body language is that
‘Humans send and interpret such signals
subconsciously.’
So, as long as the things are going ‘naturally’ it’s all right.
However, if you try to pretend something then that could
be a problem.
Commitment: commitment is another condition to

success. If you’ve got the ability and personality but if you
lay like a couch potato then nothing’s gonna help and you
won’t gain anything (except tummy!). The key point is that
the Commitment is directly related to the personality.

Well, for many people commitment maybe a pain in the

ass and I’m among those people.
My personal experience with commitment is like:

Day 3 99%
Day 4 90%
Day 5 70%

Day 7 Ah Shit!
Ahem, this always continued to happen with me till the

time I realized “Artificial-commitment-can-never-last”
If we ‘try’ to commit ourselves to something we’ll
eventually end up with ‘Ah Shit!’
Agreed, there are some folks who commit themselves
as if they are robots or something. Well two things:
It’s a real big pain in the ass killing all the emotions
and desires. Moreover they come about again and
again.
The majority of guys including me can’t artificially
motivate us with an artificial commitment 24 hours a
day, 7 days a week and 365 days a year.

What I realized that a ‘genuine commitment’ has a

nature. Commitment is a very very strong human emotion
that overrides other human emotions.
Since its very very strong, it is ignited by a very very
strong cause too (you see in Hollywood, a lover committed
for revenge on the account of the death of her lover.) The
only problem is, we don’t see much lover-death in our
daily life. So, how do we actually ignite commitment for
success and to claim what we deserve?
The answer is, all comes down to the personality! Hell

Yeah, personality! I’ll explain how
If you are mentally charged with dominance, influence,

self-esteem and self-realization then something exciting
and magical happens. You are ‘automatically’ committed
for success and to grab what you deserve. You
automatically start to take steps towards the success
without any extra effort and the best part is, this raging
commitment doesn’t cool off in the course of time until you
grab your goal.
In this way we can overcome the obstruction of
artificial commitment and ‘trying’ to commit
ourselves.
Same thing goes with body language

Bulks of guys are ‘naturally pussies’ or they naturally lack

dominance and influence. The solution for this is to fill their
brain with supercharged dominance, influence and self
esteem so that they perform the natural way.

The 3 Spirits
The personality types we see today are the result of many
human discoveries. If I had to name one in particular, I’d say
the computer. Exaggeration of the computer leads to this
If we trace back and dig up the history we’ll find the evolution
of personalities in this fashion: See Chart 1.1

There can be many break downs but we’ll have a quick look at
the relevant ones:
1. Cave Man Saga

Alpha
Name: Alpha aka the leader of the tribe

Origin : the instincts of being Man
Man Scale: 9-10 out of 10
Positives: Dominance, confidence, self-esteem,
leadership skills, manly traits
Negatives: arrogance, pride
In brief: The alpha male! Yeah, the most brave,
dominant, influential and the strongest male of the
tribe. Having possessed these characteristics he
enjoys high dominance, influence and many other
privileges. Leadership and superiority is found in
abundance in the alpha male. He’s the real king, the
Man

Regular or Average
Name: Average aka the leader of the tribe
Origin : the instincts of just surviving the life
Positives: Considerably good with daily life work
Negatives: Satisfaction with mediocrity
In brief: The average folks, the regular people of the
tribe. Nothing interesting about them. They possess
average aptitude and capabilities and receive the
average response. Some of them have no interest to
challenge the authority of the alpha male while some
do have a feeling to overthrow the alpha male. Do
they succeed? Answer lies in the fact of the
competition of the highly capable versus the mediocre
but more importantly, barely anyone dares to
challenge the alpha male.

Weakling
Name: Weakling aka the leader of the tribe
Origin : the instincts of not being Man, not
developing the aptitude
Positives: Maybe good with domestic work
Negatives: Lack of influence, dominance, manly
skills, survival skills etc
In brief: The wimps or the weaklings! They maybe
defined as guys who have bad hunting skills, short
stamina, short strength, little skills and other
capabilities in a minor degree. They may receive
inferior treatment from the upper class. They might
dream about being the alpha male but having a reality
check it’s just a dream. The upper class may use
them for stuff like babysitting, looking after the stuff
when the MEN are gone hunting etc

2. Middle Age Saga
Alpha
Name: Alpha aka the elite class
Origin : the instincts of being Man
Positives: Confidence, bravery, self-esteem, influence,
dominance
Negatives: Pride
In brief: The Alpha! Yeah, these alphas in this time
can be defined as the elite class or say kings, prince,
knights, commanders etc. Again they enjoy many
privileges such as dominance, influence, respect,
manly rapport. Leadership is again found in them.
These are the guys who lead from the front.

Regular or Average
Name: Average aka the working class or denied
alphas
Origin : the instincts of survival of life
Positives: Fine degree of daily life skills.
Negatives: Satisfaction with mediocrity
In brief: The average citizens! The common people
who quietly follow the orders of the kings and
somewhere in the heart dreams about being a knight.
Again, nothing exciting about them and their lifestyle.
They are the typical working and tax-paying class; an
example could be a blacksmith or an artisan. Some of
them might try to enhance their status by working on
their aptitude but then comes the thought of
‘satisfaction with mediocrity’ and he improves nothing
but keeps the survival on.

Inferior
Name: Inferior aka Piece of shit
Origin : the instincts of not being Man, not
developing the aptitude
Positives: considerable low-grade skills such as
collecting the cow dung
Negatives: Negligible qualities
In brief: The inferiors may be defined as unskilled,
low-grade, pathetic guys who are generally used for
the low-grade works such as labor, collecting animal
dung, looking after the stuff etc. They generally
receive inferior treatment and are irrelevant in
decision making. They too secretly admire the elites
and dream of becoming one but then come the call of
the duty i.e. to look after the cows!

3. Modern Saga
Alpha
Name: Alpha aka the dominant and the influential
guy
Origin : the instincts of being Man and leadership
skills
Positives: Confidence, self-esteem, influence,
dominance, charisma, magnetism, charm, attitude
Negatives: Arrogance, Pride
In brief: They are the kings of the contemporary
times. They receive high attention and they are
dominant and influential. In the formal life they may be
defined as Hotshot achievers who possess the alpha
personality and in the social life they are the centre of
attention that enjoys many privileges. Again
leadership is found in them and they know how to get
along with people without any friction. They are the
first choices for almost all aspects of life except labor.

An alpha male is the centre of attention but he

never tries to qualify himself or argue with
anyone
He has got he slow and steady manner of
speaking and not the hastily manner
He doesn’t answer questions that are non-sense
He doesn’t care what people think and he’s
confident to give his opinion on anything even if it
goes again the public consensus
He enjoys the challenges and can show the
rivals if they challenge his authority
He’s barely ever impressed

Regular or Average
Name: Average aka the typical average guy
Origin : the instincts of surviving the life and not try
to change anything
Positives: Fine daily life skills, (maybe) fine
technical aptitude
Negatives: Lack of dominance, influence, self-
realization, satisfaction with mediocrity
In brief: They may be defined as the typical
working and tax-paying class who are quite
satisfied with the mediocre lifestyle and mediocre
attention. And again, there is nothing exciting about
them. What else should I describe about them
because I really feel sleepy describing them.
Anyway if you want to get a more clear idea then, in
most cases, look at your dad. The typical working
and tax-paying class who have a daily home-office,
office-home routine. Who works hard to earn the
living for the money and that’s it. Yeah, you just
glanced at your future! Lol! (Unless ofcourse, you
take a step to change it)

Geek/Nerd
Name: Geek/Nerd aka the centre of jokes
Origin : the instincts of not being Man, obsession
in a particular field
Positives: High aptitude, High IQ
Negatives: Poor social skills, lack of confidence,
dominance and influence. Geeky arrogance, a
strange pride, fear of failure.
In brief: The guy in the front bench who answers
all of the questions asked by the teacher or the guy
who spends hours in front of computers (without
any formal need.) These guys, thanks to
computers, develop many personality disorders
such as the Anti-Social Personality disorder.
Consequently, they possess poor social skills and
are afraid of shy many times. They too are treated
as inferior from the upper class and are the centre
of jokes many times. They the mostly bullied in
schools and colleges and in the formal life, co-
workers make fun of them on their back. They are
indulged in their own world (many times it’s the
world of warcraft.)

Part 3
The Secret Mechanism
I
n the recent times I’ve seen many tactics used by many
folks to exploit especially geeks in order to gain
something.
What I’ve seen is the rise of Anti-Alpha sentiments and the
rise of geek sentiments
There have been constant efforts to exploit geeks by
giving them a false sense of security. For instance, by
trying to convince them “why geeks are better for women
than jerks” or like “why a woman would be more interested
in a geek than a jerk”. All these specified characteristic
they allegedly tell that a woman would love are good to
listen but they brutally fail in the practical life.
Even women, most of the times don’t know what they
actually want so they present a picture of a geek as their
demand while they still fall for the jerks. Most of us, at
some point of our life, must have experienced this.
Same goes with the regular guys, they along with the
geeks are being consoled an anti-alpha sentiment by
telling “why they are better” or “why being an alpha male

doesn’t work anymore”. But all it does is that is gives a

false sense of security among them. You see, if 9 people
tell a regular guy/geek that he’s useless, make fun of him,
treat him bad while 1 says that he’s better than alpha
males and he’s got some specific characteristic that a
woman would love then the regular guy/geek would stick
to the one who spoke positive and will eventually believe
that he’s got the edge but only leading to a false sense of
security. But why does this happen? Because he’s been
used to hearing negative or neutral things but when
someone hits a bolt from the blue by praising him like that,
he, by excitement, believes the statement without giving a
reality check.
You can see, the regular guys and geeks may enjoy false
sense of security but only till the time a jerk or a dominant
guy makes a big dramatic entry and grabs all the fortune.
Then comes the time they realize the authenticity of their
security.
Anyway
That’s not my major concern but still I’ll tell you. Even I’m
Anti-Alpha (Surprised!?) and I won’t tell anyone to turn into
an alpha male in order to grab what they deserve. This
takes us to the next important thing which is:
If I’m not supposed to turn into an alpha male then how

am I going to grab the fortune I deserve?

The answer
Firstly,
When a child is born, he’s born with a certain set of “core”
characteristic. For example, some folks are naturally hard
working; some are naturally honest etc. Notice the word
‘naturally’ here. His other characteristic, especially
aptitude, is a built characteristic.
We are born with certain ‘core’ characteristic then we
develop them or build new characteristics. The
development of ‘core’ characteristics is a perfectly fine
process. However, any build characteristic except aptitude
will lead to disaster or being considered a ‘pretender’ or a
‘fake bastard’
The alpha males are naturally alpha males. They
may develop their ‘core’ alpha characteristics but they
are NOT built.
Now, the ‘core’ characteristic for the regular guy is, any
guess? ’The survival of life’ which in itself is a very good
trait but developed in a wrong manner. Everyone has
heard “Survival of the fittest” and here your core
characteristic is facilitating you to the survival while only
the fittest survives.

You just had the answer! Not all of us are fittest. This
means we are not fittest in all aspects. So we need to get
better and better. But the opposite happens. Regular
guys are quite content and satisfied with mediocrity and
that’s the biggest obstacle between you and the fortune
you deserve!
And, the ‘core’ characteristic for the geek/nerd is,
guesses? ‘The tendency to greatly commit to a particular
skill or field’. Again, this trait in itself is not a bad thing but
what leads to many personality disorders is the extreme
commitment to a particular skill/field and negligible
commitment to the others.
Secondly,
This is the 21st century. In the previous times, the alpha
class may have the unfair advantage as the non-alpha
class may had, if not all, but in most cases no chance at
all to grab a higher fortune due to caste system etc.
The times have changed but still the 3 spirit system is up
there and running. BUT now there is an alteration. Now
the non-alpha class has totally fair chances of grabbing a
higher fortune.
But how?

I’ve already stated that any build characteristic will lead to

eventual disaster and it’s just a matter of time.
In other words what I’m trying to say is “Transformation
sucks.” All this so called ‘transformation’ doesn’t work in
the long term aspect and you’ll end up as a ‘pretender’ or
‘fake bastard’(You can see more on “Why transformation
sucks” here)
Now to the point, to know what works we’ll have to go
back to the natural “core” characteristic thing.
Now read very carefully whatever I’m going to say next
Whether the alpha or the regular or the geeks, everyone of

them has one thing common, everyone want to dominate,
influence, lead and grab the fortune they deserve. Now the
question is, we can understand about the alpha males but
why do the regular and the geeks experience this feeling
and from where do these feeling originate?

The answer is, read carefully

All of us, regardless of our personality, regardless of our
background, regardless of our status have a buried “THE
MAN WITHIN” which gives us these urges. It is a result of
our development of core characteristics, backdrop and
social status that we have made this MAN dormant forcing
it to sleep. And when we totally violate its characteristics
like when someone insults us this dormant MAN gives us
the urge to show back and to grab what we actually
deserve.
Now, the only way to grab the fortune that we actually
deserve in he long term aspect is to Awake the MAN
within!
And this is what I call “The Awakening”
This is the methodology to stimulate and awaken the man
within in order to grab what you actually deserve. And the
best part is that I don’t ever tell anyone to become
something they are not. Means, I don’t ever tell anyone to
pretend something.
This is the ‘Arrogant Elegance’ in which I exemplify the
line of attack to awake this Man Within.
