Progressive Human Resource Management experience (20+ years) including three years of adjunct teaching
experience at the college level. Also includes directing, planning and administering a sound, effective, and
fully compliant human resources program in multiple locations. Acted as the focal point on personnel issues
and responsible for all compliance issues with respect to EEO, OSHA, safety, workers compensation, record

ACCOMPLISHMENTS
Reduced the cost of liability, business, and workers compensation insurance by 10% through negotiation.
Designed and organized a new human resources department. Developed and implemented all policies and
procedures including ADA and FMLA.
Conducted and evaluated a wage survey within labor market to determine competitive wages. Developed,

regulations for multi-brand hotel management company.

employee complaints including claims of sexual harassment and national origin discrimination.
Administered management insurance programs including health, life, dental, disability, workmens
compensation, company liability and business insurance reducing costs by $50,000 for one employer.
Developed a human resources audit system to ensure compliance with company policies as well as state and
