I was contracted through Kelly Services again at Triwest in Colorado Springs. I went through three weeks
of intensive training, and then was placed in a call center taking inbound calls for the military healthcare
alliance until the contract for the position ended.
August 2007 to June 2009-Kelly Services- Temporary Placement Agency,
Temp Agent, Davenport Iowa
Kelly Services employed me for a majority of the time I was with them at a marketing company called Ivie
and Associates. This company held several different companies and projects within their building, I mostly
worked for Dick’s Sporting Goods. I had experience with data entry, sorted bulk mail, and was also a call
center representative from November 2008 to June 2009 for Dick’s Sporting Goods.
June 2002 to March 2007-Casey’s General Store, Assistant Store Manager,
Walcott Iowa
From the beginning of my employment with Casey’s, I worked as a cashier and help in the kitchen. I
handled cash registers, stocked coolers and shelves, unloaded our grocery truck, took phone orders for
pizza, made pizza and specialty food items for display and customer orders. For the last 13 months of my
employment with Casey’s, I was promoted to the Assistant Store Manager. This position consisted of
attending Manager meetings, hiring employees and payroll when the Store Manager was not present,
invoicing and assisting vendors with orders, ordering groceries, bookkeeping, all cash handling, balancing
of registers, and banking.
June 2000 to June 2002-I-80 Kitchen, Buffet Attendant, Walcott Iowa
The I-80 Kitchen is a restaurant that is a part of the world’s largest truckstop, located in Walcott Iowa.
While employed here, I prepared and set out buffet foods, kept and maintained the buffet, had general
cleaning duties, washed dishes, and sometimes was part of the grill line cooking. I also volunteered to work
for the I-80 Kitchen for the next couple of years after my resignation of employment as help for their
Trucker’s Jamboree that is held for 2 days in June of every year.
