The Company was established by the name of PT TohomaMandiri, a limited
liability company existing under the laws of the Republic of Indonesia,
domiciling in East Jakarta, by virtue of Deed of Limited Liability Company
Incorporation No. 98, dated 08February 2005, prepared before
DradjatDarmadji, Notary in Jakarta as approved by the Minister pursuant to
Decree No. C-10407 HT.01.01.Th.2005 dated 18April 2005.
PT TohomaMandiri holds registration number No. 1685/30/DJB/2011 at
Directorate General of Mineral and Coal, Ministry of Energy and Mineral
Resources Republic Indonesia. Refer to Law No. 4 of 2009 Mineral and Coal
Mining and Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources Republic Indonesia
regulation No. 28 of 2009 related to mining service business, all vendors of
mining company in Indonesia must hold registration number from
Directorate General of Mineral and Coal, Ministry of Energy and Mineral
Resources Republic Indonesia.
PT TohomaMandiri has letter of legal trading that is issued by the
Municipality of East Jakarta-Indonesia with Number: 1531/P/13-1.824.51.
PT TohomaMandiri holds General Import License issued by Ministry of Trade
of the Republic Indonesia No.090605346-P, and Customs Identification
Number No. 01.019131 issued by Ministry of Finance of the Republic
Indonesia to act as importer.
PT TohomaMandiri is the member of Chamber of Commerce and industry
and also the member of Indonesian Mining Services Association-IMSA.

Tohoma has good cooperation with shipping company (TEMAS
LINE) to deliver our goods by sea. Tohoma also have a few unit
trucks for land delivery in Java and Sumatera. Our trucks are
available for immediate shipment from our warehouse to port or
mine site in Java and Sumatera Region.
