CAREER AIM

Looking for the new position, one that will build on my skills and experience in cement
plant production & management and allows my inner to come out to perform
satisfactorily and scope for upward movement.

TECHNICAL BACKGROUND:

During the tenure of 15 years experience in Cement Industry, I Have developed very
good Technical Skills in the field of Operation. Also sound knowledge regarding the
segregation of Grinding Media, Brick lining and many more technical aspects.

EXPERIENCE:

1. January’2009 to till date: Working in M/s. Raysut Cement Company,

Sultanate of Oman as Production Supervisor to look after all the activities
related to Operation of the Plant. It is a four production line plant with the
capacity of 8,000TPD supplied by M/s KHD Germany.

2. January’2007 to Dec. 2009: Working in M/s. City Cement Company, Saudi

Arabia as Shift Incharge to look after all the activities related to Operation of
the Plant. It is a green field project with the capacity of 6,000TPD supplied by
M/s Sinoma International Engineering Limited; China on turn-key basis. The
Limestone Crusher of 1,000TPH is supplied by Thyssenkrupp
(Germany),conveying equipments of Aumund (Germany),IKN Clinker
Cooler(Germany), AAF pollution control equipments, RENK & Flender

 gearboxes, Ventomatic electronic Packing Machines are some of the
equipments being installed. Kiln and Mills are of Sinoma and captive Power
Plant of 45.3 MW of Wartsila Engines (6Nosx7.55MW from Finland).

3. February’06 to December’06: Worked as Process Incharge for

M/s Khyber Cement, Jammu & Kashmir.

• Plant supplied by FLS.

• Capacity of the Plant : 1200 TPD

4. May’97 to February’06: Worked as CCR Officer for M/s Raysut Cement,

Sultanate of Oman.

• Plant supplied by KHD.

• Capacity of the Plant : 3700 TPD
• M/S Raysut Cement is ISO 9002 Certified plant.

5. June’92 to June’97: Worked as CCR Operator for M/s Mangalam
Cement Kota Rajasthan, a B.K Birla Group.
• Plant supplied by Krupp Polysious.

STRENGTHS AND ACHIEVEMENTS:

a) Started career in a B.K Birla Group (Mangalam Cement, kota Rajasthan)
as a Trainee Burner in the year 1992 and just within a short span of 2
years, I was promoted to CCR Operator.
b) I do have a good experience of operating different type of Vertical Roller
Mills like Losche, MPS PFEIFFER, ATOX and also POLYCOM roller
press.
c) Got Best Employee Recognition and Rewards in M/S Raysut Cement,
Oman in the year 2002.
d) Trouble shooting of Vertical Roller Mills, Ball Mills, and Pre-Heater, Kiln,
ESP’s, Cooler, Reverse Air Bag Houses and many more plant
equipments.
