About Host

The SiriVastra.com is hosting international fashion edition London Fashion Couture in Bangalore and
in London. Host is an independent online fashion and beauty shop. It sells Indian designers heritage
luxury fashion cloths in UK and Europe. Host is derived from Sanskrit. Siri means royal, Wealth,
Beauty, grace, splendour, lustre. Vastra cloth, clothes, garment, raiment, dress, cover.
A brief about London Fashion Couture Event
London Fashion Couture ( L.F.C) is an International Intellectual Property Rights (I.P.R) Concept and
event of Sirivastra. The main objective LFC is 1) To organise and sell Indian heritage fashion as Luxury
Fashion garments in international market. 2) As well as it provides a platform like no other concept to
designers/Brands/Labels to present their collection to worldwide media and buyers in UK and
Europe.

LFC show will take part in 3 rounds.

Totally 16 designers will take part in LFC.
Round one and two will be held in Bangalore.
Round three will be held in London.

1st Round
The 1st round of fashion is split in to 4 independent runways shows.
Each runway show will have 4 fashion designers/Brands/Labels to display their latest
collection.
Round one will have 2 themes
1. Wedding collection/ Party wear (12 collections)
2. Street / casual wear (12 collections)
Note : Total 24 collection/garments per designer per show. Out of 16 designers/Brands/Labels 6
designers/Brands/Labels will be selected to 2nd round
2nd Round

Selected 6 designers/Brands/Labels will enter 2nd round.

The 2nd round of fashion will have one runway show in Bangalore with 6 fashion
designers/Brands/Labels to display their latest collection.
Round two will have 2 themes
1. Wedding collection/ Party wear (12 collections)
2. Street / casual wear (12 collections)
Note: Total 24 collection/garments per designer per show. Out of 6 designers/Brands/Labels 2
designers/Brands/Labels will be selected to London show.
3rd Round
Selected 2 designers/Brands/Labels will enter 3rd round.
Out of 48 garments any 24 collection can be showcased in London.

AGREEMENT
This document serves as a binding contract between SiriVastra, hereafter known as "Host," and
Brundas hereafter known as "Label," signed {date}. The Label desires to participate in the London
Fashion Couture event on {date(s)} at {location(s)}. Both parties agree to abide by the following
conditions:
a) Label agrees to provide to Host, the following documentation for consideration of this
application, with the willingness to participate in London Fashion Couture:
a. Photos of portfolio of garments or accessories created in the past two years
b. Copies of all press and/or tear sheets of media coverage in the past year
c. Copy of a valid passport and drivers license
d. Two (2) colour passport-size photo
e. Statement on the Labels philosophy of fashion
f. Biography of Label
b)

Host is authorised to use photos submitted with the application for any promotional
purpose related to the event contemplated by this Agreement

c) Labels agree to present a concept board representing their inspiration for their line and early
conceptual sketches before one month of event.
d) Label will be prepared to showcase a 24 collection at round 1 with a combination of: a)
Wedding / Party wear - 12 collections b) Street / casual wear - 12 collections at designers
cost.
e)

Based on the selection to round 2 Label will be prepared to showcase 24 collections with a
combination of a) Wedding / Party wear - 12 collections b) Street / casual wear - 12
collections at designers cost.

f)

Up on the selection to 3rd round, Designer can choose best of their 24 Garments out of 48
Garments produced early in LFC event to showcase in London runway.

g) Host reserves the right to review all designs and garments at any time prior to presentation
at the show in order to ensure quality and completion, and further has the right to remove
any garment or design from presentation if, in its sole discretion, it deems appropriate to do
so.
h) Designer abide by all established times for fittings, rehearsals, special appearances, media
interviews, and shows, and to respect times allotted to prepare for subsequent shows.
i)

Host reserves the right to use all images derived in any form during or from the event and to
transform the same into any or all forms of media currently in existence or yet to be created.

j)

Designer agrees to liaise in advance of the event with the assigned Producer in respect of
appropriate music for the event and with the designated make-up and hair consultant(s) in
respect of the desired make-up and hair effect.

k) Selection to showcase in London designs entails an obligation to the Label to attend all
functions organised by Host and at which attendance is either mandatory or specifically
requested.
l)

Up on the selection to showcase in London, designer will be required to attend the London
runway event at his/her own expense. Host will only issue invitation letter for VISA purpose

and arrange special discounted rates for hotel, for which Label will be eligible at his/her own
expense.
m) Designer to pay an application/entry fee of 30000/- (Thirty Thousand only) to participate in
1st round of London Fashion Couture 2015. On the selection to 2nd Round Label to pay an
additional of 30000/- (Thirty Thousand only) to participate in 2nd round. Up on the
selection to showcase in London designer to pay an additional of 50000/- (Fifty Thousand
only)
n) All monitories paid to participate in this event will be non-refundable if designer fail to
showcase/participate in LFC. If the Host cancel the event, designer is entitled to a full refund.
o) Total payment must be received at least 1 month before show date.
p) Host holds the complete authority to schedule the event dates according to circumstances, if
designer can't make the new date, you're not entitled to a refund.
q) It is understood that HOST reserves the right to either postpone or cancel any function or the
entire event in its sole discretion without any liability for loss incurred thereby.
r) Designer hereby agrees that all materials, ideas, artwork, designs, patterns, sketches,
whether or not copyrightable, created or adapted by him/her/label, whether alone or in
conjunction with any other person, firm or corporation arising out of or created in
connection with Services provided for the Host hereunder (the "Work Product") are hereby
assigned to and shall be sold under sirivastra.com.
s) Host obtains right to sell LFC showcased garments under sirivastra.com. There be a service
charges on every purchase made in ecommerce site. Host would put all Terms and condition
in sirivastra.com. In addition Host would have right to reserve, to change, modify, add,
amend or remove any part of these Terms and Conditions from time to time and it is
designer responsibility to check these Terms and Conditions from time to time for changes.
t) Designer agrees to abide by the law regarding the entry of merchandise into the country
(duty).
u) This Agreement, along with any other document, specifically referred to or implied herein as
having legal effect, shall constitute the entire agreement between the parties hereto, and
each party undertakes that it has read and understood the terms of the Agreement.
v) Any right, benefit, or obligation due to a party to this Agreement cannot be assigned by
either party without the prior written consent of the other.
I/We have read and confirm acceptance of the General Rules and Agreement for participation in
the London Fashion Couture Fashion Show, and agree to abide by the same and any future
amendments thereto, should I/We be accepted to present designer the London Fashion Couture.
