EDUARDO MOYA: Hello everybody welcome again to your favorite tv show

Knowing you Better.
Today we have a special guest, hes a guy and a very important business man.
Ladies and gentleman Einer
EDGAR RAMOS: Hello hi Einer how are you doing man?
EINER: Well, first of all I would like to thank you for giving me the opportunity to be
here, and to let this people know another part of me.
EDGAR RAMOS: Einer everybody knows who you are now, but we would like to
know how you became the successful guy you are today. Tell us something about
it.
EINER: Well I started as a normal guy living with my parents, studying, later I
focused on many things that my parents werent able to give me, so I started to
work as a waiter, to reach my, dreams and that things made me an open mind boy.
EDUARDO MOYA: Wow. Thats incredible, awesome.
So how old were you when you moved over?
EINER: Mmm! I think I was at least 16 when I had my first apartment, I remember it
was cramped, dark and noisy.
But at the same time that made me feel tall and big, I was the man in that
moment, after that I started to go to the University and many things else.
EDUARDO MOYA: Einer what did you like best houses or apartments?
EINER: Ive always loved houses, but in that moment I needed an apartment
because theyre cheaper, private and comfortable.
EDGAR RAMOS: And, witch one do you prefer now? And why?
EINER: Now I prefer houses obviously because, apartments arent big enough for
families and houses are really safe.
EDUARDO MOYA: I agree with you man.
I would like to know something about your time living alone.
EINER: Whats that.
EDUARDO MOYA: Did you learn to cook something or you bought the food out
there?

EINER: Mmm. Ive been always a great cooker, my father was an excellent chef so
I learned from be to cook many different dishes.
EDUARDO MOYA: Hey man. Thats really nice, is there any thing you cant do?
EINER: Jajaja.
EDGAR RAMOS: Have you ever prepare dan Ethnic Dish?
EINER: Yes, I have.
EDUARDO MOYA: Could you give us the recipe? Please.
EINER: Ok. These are the ingredients to prepare the Lomi Lomi Salmon a
popular Hawaiian dish.

cup shredded salmon, uncooked

1 green pepper, diced
1 white onion, chopped
cup vinegar
2 green onions, slice
2 tables pons sugar
2 tomatoes, diced
Salt ant pepper, to taste.

Mix all ingredients together in a bowl. Cover and refrigerate over night. Eat with
rice as a light meal or on crackers as an appetizer.
And thats it youve got an easy Ethnic dish.
EDUARDO MOYA: Wow! Ive never tried that one but I know a recipe too, and its
easy to do. The ingredients to prepare a peanut butter and banana sndwich are

3 tablespoons peanut butter

1 banana, mashed
2 slices of bread
2 tables pons butter, melted

First, mix the peanut butter and mashed banana together. Then lightly toast the
slices of bread, next, spread the peanut butter and banana mixture on the toast.
After that, close the sndwich and put it in a pan with melted butter. Finally, fry the
bread until its Brown on both sided.
And you have a tasty sndwich.
EINER: Mmm. ILL try it later man. It sounds nice.
EDUARDO MOYA: I assure you its tasty man. Now tell me.
Whats your favorite snak?

EINER: Its pizza

EDGAR RAMOS: Good one, Einer. Now tell us something, what would you
change on your life if you could go back in the time?
EINER: Well I wouldnt really change anything of my life, but I wish I had spent
more time with my parents.
EDUARDO MOYA: nice answer buddy.
