Introduction
The fulcrum of Mans evolution from Stone Age to Computer Age, Poverty to Prosperity, Ignorance to
Wisdom, Unhealthy to Health, and many more has always been the MIND. Mind is central our life living, In
every aspect of life in making choices, implementation, monitoring, making course corrections there is a
Mind. Be it personal or professional, the success or failure squirrely depends on how one uses and
manages the MIND. Excellence is a key factor in any organisation and Mind Plays a significant role.
Mind manifests in various ways like creativity, emotions, values, beliefs, visions, missions and so on.
Managing the mind is both art and science. Learning and applying these principles and practices will enable
the executives to drive himself and the organizations towards excellence.
The mind and its manifestations have been the most phenomenal tool that a man carries with him in span of
his life time. All achievements, all possibilities, fall under the realm of this great asset called mind. Success
or failure, profit or loss, advantage or disadvantage, that a man derives out of any situation wholly depends
upon the role of mind at any point of time. Understanding mind and its functions becomes imperative for
any learned man to put things in order. To live life fully and meaningfully Mind plays vital role. Thus
managing mind is ultimate philosophy of human existence.
The art and science of Managing the Mind is in making Mind work for us and not allow ourselves to be
controlled by the MIND. Techniques like Meditation are very powerful. It is not forcing the mind to be quiet. It
is to find the quietness that is already there. Often we unnecessarily suffer from stress and strain in our daily
life. We give all the powers to the mind and become slave to it. By knowing the principles of Managing the
MIND we can regain our control and excel.
Right Mind Management enables us improve health and set right and good habits. It even helps to really
lose excess weight, quit addictions like cigarettes, gutka etc., and find financial freedom. It empowers you to
be happy and become role models for others. It enables to be a better executive in your organisation and
