NOTICE OF LIABILITY pressed onto The Commissioner of Elections Canada - Ives Cote

On Canada Day - Neil Magnuson - CFA for Burnaby South, and organizer of this year's Cannabis Day
Rally was assaulted by PIGS from VPD, who with malice and forethought did violate the Elections Act
by [literally] trampling on his commercial premise during an Election Season. He was ordered to not
set up a booth for his EDA candidate Joe Fortt, and beaten when he refused to submit to these PIGS
threats. He was brutally attacked for expressing his guarantee to Freedom of Expression, Freedom of
Association and his right to protest peaceful in a Free and Democratic Society, [all guaranteed rights
under common law - R v Oakes] while standing under his guaranteed right to raise funds for his
candidate.
In the video attached - it is clear that sensible warnings were made to PIGS to stand down, and after
clearing it with their Duty Sergeant did willfully commit a criminal breach of fiduciary trust under the
Elections Act..
We of the Marijuana Party hereby demand under Sec 336 CC for the Commissioner of Elections
Canada to do his duty and press criminal charges on the Staff /Duty Sergeant who ordered or
condoned this violence.

Video evidence to support our claim of VPD PIGS willfully ignoring the Elections Act can be found at
1:15 to 2:00 minutes into the video - for the next 2 minutes they discuss the warning of violating the
Election Act and they walk away.
Then between 4:20 and 6:00 on the video, Neil clearly and with a calm voice gave a warning of
pressing serious criminal charges upon any officer who would breach the peace. Please note the
Police camera recorded this Peaceful warning and all kinds of VPD officers are showing genuine
concern over the warning. They clearly discussed among each other and walked away.
After the event is set up [at 15:00] VPD PIGS return in force and target /circle Neil's booth, and secure
a perimeter of VDP goons 10 feet back [in total defiance of the Elections Act] AGAIN [at 16:30] Neil
peacefully warns them of criminal liability for trespassing his commercial premises thru intimidation
with police state posture. These PIGS clearly were under orders to try to start a riot. These PIGS did
NOT avoid a confrontation - they willfully fed the conflict and were prepared for a riot UNDER THE ELECTIONS ACT - This constitutes criminal breach of fiduciary trust, because Police
simply have no jurisdiction to trample on the CFA of any Marijuana Party EDA, especially when this
EDA actually has a candidate registered and running in this upcoming election.
- Please note they entice him to leave the tent before thumping him. Total contempt for peaceful
Democratic means [especially in this case] constitutes evil intent [mens rea] - these PIGS are perverts
of the law and in so doing MUST face criminal charges under the Elections Act.
Canada Elections and Elections Canada officers cannot ignore the fact [Sec 19 CC] that the
Commissioner must defend the Act when it's our right to be governed in a Free and Democratic
Society under R v Oakes and Sec 1 of the Charter.
TAKE NOTICE: your usual declaration to review this matter in the near future is by definition
- criminal breach of fiduciary trust by the Commissioner, and in so doing disgrace Democracy itself.
act accordingly and in good conscience
Marc Boyer, CFA of VQMP
