Free Job Alert - Advertisers' job posting/s will be sent to all jobsDB members who match your requirements.
.Free use and training on jobsDB's Recruitment Management System (RMS) for the duration of your contract.
No-limit on the size & length of ads; 30 days exposure for each job ad on the jobsDB.com PH website. (Full Color)
Corporate branding for advertisers' company in all job postings including link to company websites to promote company products and services.
Dedicated account manager and helpdesk officer who will assist you in your jobsDB recruitment concerns.

PART D: TERMS & CONDITIONS

1.All rates are subject to change without prior notice.
2. All packages shall be considered active upon signing and any request for extension or refund will not be granted.
3. Plan termination or cancellation is not allowed. Advertiser shall be charged and will be required to pay in full all outstanding balances for partial and completed services.
4. Pre-termination of agreement prior to payments either for partial or completed service, the client is demanded to pay in full all outstanding balances of the contract.
5. A surcharge of 3% of the plan rate will be applied on late payments.
6. Advertiser will be billed accordingly upon receipt of the signed service contract.
7. FAIR USE POLICY : The term Unlimited used in this Service Agreement refers to fresh postings that will create more job opportunities for jobseekers coming to the portal.
jobsDB PH will review ad posting behaviour regularly to ensure compliance to maintain delivery of a highly satisfactory jobseeker experience. Excessive use of reposting and
refreshing, or any clear intentional misclassification or intent to abuse the job portal for personal gains is against the spirit of this package. Subscribers who breach the Fair
Use Policy may lead to suspension or termination of the service, even without notice to the Subscriber. It is the sole responsibility of the Employer to ensure that each ad posted
for target jobseekers clearly define requirements, qualifications and other relevant information in each job ad.
8. Details of job ad postings shall be the sole responsibility of the advertiser.
9. Payment Terms: within 7 days upon signing and activation of plan.
