3. Disqualifyingcriteria:
youareNOTeligiblefortheNationalScholarshipProgramDeutschlandstipendiumifyou
receiveanyotherperformanceorientedscholarship/fundingthatexceeds30Eurospermonth,
exceedtheregularperiodofyourstudiesatthebeginningofthe2015/16winterterm(e.g.BSc.:6terms),
areaDoctoralcandidate.

SELECTIONPROCESS
Theselectionprocessisasfollows:
1. Verificationofthedataprovidedandautomatedranking(departmentsandGPA).
2. Evaluationof"other"criteria(inaccordancewith3StipG,e.g.voluntarysocialcommitment,readinessto
takeonresponsibility,specialfamilycircumstances,etc.)byanindependentDiversityCommittee.
3. Theapplicationsareforwardedtoandevaluatedintherespectivedepartments.
4. Theapplicationsarepresentedtotheselectioncommitteethatwillthendetermineaproposallist.Thefinal
decisionwillbemadebytheSeniorVicePresidentforAcademicandStudentAffairs,Prof.Dr.Ing.Gerhard
Mller.AFTERthescholarshipstudentshavebeenselected,someofthesponsorswillbegrantedadvisors'
rights(2StipG),butonlyconcerningthematchingofstudentsandsponsors.Fordataprivacyreasons,TUM
willnotsendstudentapplicationstothirdparties.SelectedstudentmotivationlettersandCVscanonlybe
accessedattheTUMandsubsequenttohavingsignedanondisclosureagreement.Informationon
psychologicalandphysicallimitationswillNOTbemadeaccessibletoanythirdparty.
